Girl with redish orange weird hair has a bad attitude. Pushed my bag towards me towards at the end of transaction didnt say a word not a thank you or have a good day very dismissive. Idk if it was because i asked for a discount on a dirty sweater which was the last size and it was a pretty big black stain or the fact that shes just miserable. regardless if she is a manager there she should be more professional if the store isn’t doing well she might be the reason why. Bad snarky attitudes don’t attract customers.

It’s very early but employees closed the fitting room. I walked away with nothing since my wife couldn’t try anything on. Store open, fitting room.should be open.

We visited the store today and one of the items was worn by the mannequin. Due to the pandemic, there was only one service provider (who acted as the cashier and sales assistant) for that day. My daughter and I appreciate the good customer service provided by Christine. She said she just got assigned in Northridge for the day but she is from the Lakewood branch. She provided good customer service by removing the item from the mannequin despite of the fact that she is the only person serving all the customers.

I can’t say enough great things about Marissa the manager here she has made my shopping experience at Charlotte a truly turning experience. Compared to my last experience here. She is helpful, courteous and experienced , and professional she truly is a great asset to this company. I can’t say enough great things about my shopping experience here since has been here .She also has great taste and has helped me put a couple of outfits together.

Worst store manager to ever work in retail. She talks about her costumers, she is rude to the other employees and to the costumers. And it's a shame because I like their clothes.
