Connor is the owner. My husband started going here first back in 2022. Since then, we both started going here. We have been having oil change, tire rotation, brake pad, sunrood repair, engine filter, etc at Connor's. We are very happy with their service and pricing is fair. His dad works at the shop too which makes it feels like a family business.

If you or anyone you know needs any type of automotive repair/service (oil change, brakes, wheel alignment, etc.), look no further.. these guys do it all. I was in and out with the wheel alignment. Very friendly. Quality shop.

I cannot recommend Conner enough! He has been the go-to mechanic for all of our household cars, and every time, he delivers nothing short of stellar service. What truly sets Conner apart is his genuine care for his customers. When another shop made a mess of my vehicle during a routine tire rotation, Conner came to the rescue. I had my car towed to his shop, and within 30 minutes, he had it fixed and running smoothly, all at no cost to me. It's evident that Conner takes pride in his work and values customer satisfaction above all else. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, he has earned customers for life in our household. NO ONE in all of the San Fernando Valley and all of LA beats this auto repair shop! Connor, his brother and dad are amazing people that treat each and every one of their customers with respect and care and their knowledge and efficiency is unparalleled. I have been going to them for years and I trust them with all of my car needs- whether it's a small or big issue with my car- I KNOW that Connor and his team will know EXACTLY what to do in the most efficient and timely manner possible. This place is amazing! I called first thing Saturday morning to see if there was any way they had an opening same day. I knew it was a long shot considering it was the weekend, but they got my car in by 9:15 and it was ready an hour later! They had multiple other cars that were being worked on and they still took mine in right away. I also had an issue with my windshield wipers, it seemed as though the wiper fluid nozzle was clogged, they took a look and cleared the blockage without any extra charge. The shop looked clean and seemed to run very smoothly. Connor, the owner, was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Highly recommend this shop!

This past year I had to visit 3 different mechanics and after coming to Cali Complete Autocare I think I've found my mechanic for life. The quality of work that Conner and everyone does here is amazing and I trust them so much with my car. My car has been having issues lately and they take care of all my car needs so I would highly recommend.They're so reliable, respond quickly, and I really appreciate that they take the time to tell me and show me what's the issue with my car instead of spewing information that I don't understand because they're taking the extra time to teach me and explain what's going on so I know for the future. I HIGHLY recommend taking your car here because they are truly the best.

Fast and friendly service, has the best price available. I came in for an oil changed and they found a patch on my tire and fixed it for me. What I appreciate is when mechanics take their time to inspect your car so I also value their customer service!

My RAM 2500 Power Wagon had a coolant leak and needed a new radiator. The dealership Shaver CDJR in Westlake wanted $1500+ in parts and labor. That seemed crazy so I started looking around for highly rated independent auto shops. These guys got my truck in the next day, also using MOPAR factory parts, and did it all for almost half what the dealership wanted to charge me. I'm definitely taking my RAM here for any future work. Great guys!

Connor is the best! It’s very difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic who isn’t ripping you off, so I’m thankful I found cali complete auto. Super friendly, accommodating, and he even would show me the old broken parts from my car that needed fixing.
