Came in today wanting to try the new Bose headset. WAnted to compare these to the Samsung ones. The guy working here was a complete D***k. I ended up leaving, and just made the purchase through Amazon. Probably won't b e back to this location just to avoid the confrontation that might result.

I went up to Best Buy to make a final decision on a new range. Needed to find out about delivery/installation cost and what benefits my Best Buy membership would provide. I want to appliances where 2 employees were busy talking only to each other, as were 2 other employees near the area. I walked close to them, but the just talked to each other. I left, telling the door guy that I'd have to buy elsewhere, because the guys in appliances were too busy talking to each other. He grinned and said, "Ok, have a great night." Not a big deal, there are plenty of appliance stores around. If you need a range or any other appliance, try those stores, not Best Buy Porter Ranch.

Love coming to this location! They're always so helpful especially with some last minute shopping. My friends and I dropped by last weekend not realizing they closed in like 30 min but we didn't need that much time anyway. We just needed to pick up some Pokémon cards to open with our friends via FaceTime who were out of state so that we could all "hang out". The staff were all very friendly and it was basically empty. They have the cards set up behind the customer service counter so we were leaning over to see what they had till one of the workers let us go behind the counter to do our shopping. We picked out a few things and were out of there within 15 minutes. I usually always come here to get my new iPhone as well and always had great customer service when it came to purchasing and transferring data. This is also in a huge parking lot, great shopping center, and overall great area. IG: @ammysalamii

I found one of the items I was looking for in one store, and a young lady at the register helped me locate a store nearby that had the other item. Every employee I interacted with was cordial and helpful in both locations.

Question why you ask for ID went your going to make payment first time they ask for ID for payment really I made payment some other store and never ask for ID I ask the cashier why you ask for ID I'm not buying I'm here do make payments she said oh we want to make sure is you doing the payment wow really who else is going make payments for me dumb

I never leave reviews, but a manager was very disrespectful to me. I wanted to Return my keyboard and mouse, and put it on a gift card to buy a new one. The lady helping me said she can put it on a gift card but the manager by the name of Alex intervened and said it has to go back on his original form of payment, even though she had already been in the process of transferring refunds to the gift card, I had to beg the manager to just put it on the gift card so I can purchase items that day in a very condescending tone he told me That I have to use it in store that day, Which turned out to be a lie. I had the merchandise in my hand, and was about to check out. I felt so annoyed I put the merchandise back, drove to the next Best Buy with the gift card and purchase three times then my original refund amount.

I went there with my dad. It wasn't busy at all but still I was waiting for over 15 minutes for someone to help me after I told the front guy to call someone to help. I decided to leave and get it from Target.They used to be much better

Just going to share something about a specific staff member named Alex. Went here to return an open box item(ROG Ally Z1 Extreme with non functioning right stick) that I bought from Simi valley store thinking it would just save me gas to come pick up a brand new one in exchange but Alex insisted to return the open box item to the original store when it wasn't really a policy of best buy at all. Wasted time and gas and return the ROG Ally system to Simi Valley, only to go back here I'm Porter Ranch location to pick up the brand new Legion go. ?♂️ Why not be truthful to the customers?
