The Best Buy in Porter Ranch has zero customer service. They do not care about their customers. The workers by the door just sit on their cell phones doing nothing and the rest just hide and dodge customers. Really save your money and go to Staples or Amazon.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Erin, the manager at Best Buy, for going above and beyond in taking care of us. Her exceptional service made our experience truly outstanding.
A big thank you to Brian, who helped us order everything we needed for our new home. He ensured that everything was set up and coordinated properly, making the process seamless and stress-free.
Also, a massive thank you to the Geek Squad team for their excellent work in installing all of our TVs, sound systems, and projector/screen in our movie theater. They were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable.
Best Buy is truly a one-stop shop for all your electronic needs! Highly recommend!

Amir, my salesman at Best Buy Porter Ranch, was exceptionally patient and professional! He answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. This was one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had in my entire life!

I have never left reviews before. But I had an unpleasant experience with this store. I ordered a TV online, it was an open box in excellent condition (which was listed on the Best Buy website as including the original box and all accessories). I drove 34 miles, and with traffic, it took over an hour to get to the store. The customer service employees (a woman and a young man) tried to give me the TV without the box and accessories, and it was not in the best condition. I do not recommend this store as I wasted a lot of time and did not get what I purchased!
Update: I contacted support and they resolved the issue, and I got my TV.

I like this particular Best buy store because the people in the electronics department are really friendly and they know all about TVs. They can tell you for what you're trying to view and how much you view which type of TVs the best including the size as well as the brand or the type of technology that you are most appropriate for.
There can be sales prices and special deals especially if you purchase the prior year technology rather than the most recent technology.
There's plenty of parking and of course air conditioning is free cuz they can get really hot out here in Northridge during the summer days.
I will definitely come back.

My friend and I spoke with several employees about lightweight travel business laptops. Everyone was engaging and friendly. However, Amir went above and beyond our expectations. He patiently answered all of our questions, compared models, checked prices, and helped us finding the laptops we eventually purchased online due to out of stock in the store. Excellent customer service is hard to come by these day. With employees like Amir, I am more than happy to go back into a physical store again. Thank you, Amir!

I went in for a couple of things today. It was very quiet, not a lot of customers and unfortunately, I require a cane and I’m Disabled person and it’s very hard for me to walk around and get around. I asked several people for help just pointed me different locations of the store and nobody actually went to help me except for one person.
I’ve been a shopper of Best Buy for a long time now for years and after going through what I went through I don’t think I’m gonna be shopping there again. Too bad folks, you should train your employees to take more care and people that are coming into the store if you’re gonna survive.
