I placed an order at 12 pm for in store pickup. 6 hours later and still no email from store. I walked into the store and noticed 3 employees walking around. Not helping any customers or doing any type of work. There was only 3 people in line and store was not busy. I asked one of the employees why have I not received an email for pickup? She said the store was busy and they could not get the online orders ready in time. The store still had 3 hours before closing. So I said I wanted my order now. She said go to the register and they will complete it there. By the time I was done at the register those 3 employees still were just walk around. I wonder why one of them couldn't work on the online orders??? As soon as I picked it up they sent a ready to pick up email acting like they did their job. I usually drive to Simi Valley to pick up my orders. I live 5 minutes away from the Northridge location but rather drive far away because I know the customer service is better at the Simi valley store. I will never place an order for this store again. I hope a supervisor reads this review and starts checking on the employees. Online orders should be worked on ASAP. Doesn't take 3 people to help one customer.

Reward system is bad. I asked to speak with the manager and was told the manager would just explain to me what the worker just did. I didn’t understand what she was explaining.I would think the reward system would work to benefit a loyal customer not be sneaking and get one over on them.

Shopping ? I like this place because there are even fragrances for men, even though I don't buy anything for men but it has good fragrances for them, what I like most about this place is that they always keep releasing new fragrances for women, I bought 3 different ones with its cream and woo what a pleasant aroma I recommend it to you ?

I was at store waiting outside and my wife calls me to come and help her out . Was stopped at the font by an employee named Charlene. The store manager.came and apologized later when she saw me giving reviews. They need to give some more customer service training. Would not go to this store .
