I can see why they can't have 5 stars. Was answering an emergency call on one of their parking spots, and a rude Asian lady worker came to tell me that I shouldn't be there. I was in no way planning in leaving my car here, and she wouldn't stop heckling me. I hope their service isn't like that, just wow.

The worst experience of my life. 0 star if possible. Hell negative stars for sure. I spoke with a Young mi Hong and while waiting, I saw her taking very good care of a client she was working with. I had a very good impression of her. I waited a while and eventually she called me and we spoke. I just had some questions in regards to opening an acct for a large amount and holy hell was she rude. She first off comes off extremely snobby. I guess her previous client was a vip client. She definitely faked her ass off of pretending to be wonderful and because I'm a no one to her she fucking treats me like shit. It took every ounce in my body to not ask if she's menopausing. Like damn. I'm a woman and I hate those types of questions but for someone to change moods that quickly and to behave in such an awful bitchy manner was just unbelievable. I didn't even get to ask all my questions cause I kept getting the feeling like I was too beneath her to work with. She kept sighing at anything I would ask and after the third question she blatantly started sounding irritated to answer my questions. It was like I was asking obvious questions that I should already know the answer to. I think at one point I asked if it's better to put my money in a cd or if there's another option, since I've never done this before. She got so irritated and I swear only thing she didn't do was roll her eyes at me. Her demeanor and tone was incredibly rude. She has no idea what my situation was nor how much I had. She just immediately gave off a tone of she was just irritated to work with me. At the end, I was filled with so much rage but didn't want to cause a scene so I just stood up, said nevermind and left. Later I find out she's the manager of this branch. Maybe the other workers who actually do a good job with new accts went out to lunch. Not sure why they had a bitch talk to new clients but this makes sense on why their rating is so low. I feel bad for the people who work with her. She's the type that give female career women a horrible name. I hope you get fired young mi.

they might be very restricted and atm of their own not much..but they let you use cvs and walgreens etc and no charge. yes they have restrictions but it saves us customers from fraud and many issues.i have been with them 22yrs.. they are a good bank and cautious for us .

This one star is specifically for Susan. She takes way to long to do the same thing that other tellers do in half the time. I generally try to avoid her like the plague!

Consistent issues ever since the buyout from Wilshire Bank. I keep them due to a lack of banking fees, but you definitely get what you pay for. Whether it's the ATM machines not returning your card, debit card printers pretty much being permanently out of order, holding regular paychecks for nearly an entire week, there is always SOME issue to keep me from getting my business done.

This Bank institution is nothing close to what it stands for. Really rude employees. Expect the non existent manager, the security guy and one other employee. Make sure you have time and patience when you come in here because you will need lots of it. BTW I wrote this while standing in long line where only 2 tellers available. Not exactly what you call a bank institution. Don't put your money here. This place is a joke.

This is the worst bank you can possibly bank with. They place holds on any deposit you make ( and i have been banking with them for over 10 years ) so that they can charge you overdraft fees. 0 customer service, 0 ability to even understand logic and reasoning. Very disappointed.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Have banked with several other organizations in the past, but this one is the absolute worst. Not willing to help. Always answers with "I am sorry, I can not help you with this".

I have been a customer of the South Reseda Branch for over 15 years. I would give that branch 10 stars. I have never had a problem with the bank and/or banking - at the branch level - that wans't solved by these people. They really take care of you. HOWEVER, if you ever have a problem that can only be handled by corporate, forget about it. Their corporate personnel, especially the executives, have their heads so far up their butts it's been a long, long, LONG time since they've ever seen the light of day. So, why the 3 stars? Great performance by the branch, horrible performance by corporate.

Do not bank with them!!! if you didn't bank with them, they will treat you like you are a criminal. I don't know any other company that will verify with the account holder to make sure that they wrote a check out to the person they wrote the check out to. I thought that's what I check was for you write a check to somebody so they can go cash it or they could put it into their account without verification. They are the stupidest bank
