We had two different kitchens, multiple bathrooms, and full flooring for two homes and everything looks impeccable, absolutely stunning. Even better installed than in the showroom. Installation team was professional and efficient, transforming our homes in no time!

Really good service where they update us on the status of our orders all the time and when it came to install they are very professional! It is really one stop shop where I don’t need to look at other places for shower door to tile work. Everything I needed was accommodated right away and I appreciate how they are always available when I have questions or need additional materials! I did my kitchen renovation a year ago and this time my bathroom! They also have a great showroom! Thanks Harry! And also Rob! You guys are the best!

After speaking with several other tile companies we chose Balboa Flooring and Kitchen. They installed a tile backsplash for our townhome kitchen. Many thanks to Harry and Rob for all their helpful preliminary assistance. They were super friendly and knowledgable. Outstanding communication with prompt responses for all requests and questions throughout the project. Also thanks to Jose and his crew for their exceptional tile work. An honest and courteous company - a pleasure to work with. Our kitchen turned out splendid - Many thanks to a great team !

There aren't enough stars or words to describe how wonderful our experience was with Balboa Flooring. We were looking for a one-stop-shop for our master bedroom, bath and walk-in closet remodel/design. We wanted a place we can go to that was local, trustworthy, creative, and provided the best value in service and product quality. We got that and so much more. Rob and Harry, you guys are the absolute best! You are so easy to work with and accommodating. We love our floors, custom vanity, cabinets, shower tiles and the amazing walk-in closet!! Thank you for being so great and doing everything you said you would do!

We’re so happy with our new kitchen, thanks to Rob, Harry, and Gary at Balboa Flooring & Kitchen. The finished product looks amazing, and they were very helpful throughout the entire process. As a first-time homeowner, their support and expert advice were invaluable. When we came to the shop looking for materials, they were attentive but not pushy- we never felt like we were being pressured to make a purchase. We ended up finding a countertop we loved, and even though we purchased backsplash tile elsewhere, they did an excellent job installing both- great craftsmanship and a clean finish. We’ll definitely be coming back for our next project.

We needed drawer pulls to complete our kitchen and bathroom remodeling project. I tried to buy online and checked out the inventory at local big box stores, but was very dissatisfied. I happened across Balboa Flooring & Kitchen while meandering on-line and dropped by their show room. What a wonderful experience. Great selection of high quality merchandise at reasonable prices. When I ordered a new front door at Urban Doors, they suggested I buy the lock and handles at Balboa Flooring and Kitchen, which in the same block. This was great advice: I was happy to find the perfect fixtures and was served very efficiently by knowledgeable and friendly staff. No reason to look elsewhere; this is an excellent company.

We are in the middle of building a new game room and came here for some ideas on flooring and bar cabinets. The selection is unbelievable. Even more impressive is the customer service. We were not sure what direction we were going as far as colors and designs and they showed us what would work good together in our space. Hard to find a business that genuinely wants to get you what is right for you instead of what they can sell to make the most on.

Wow! I don’t even know where to start with the TONS of good things I have to say about this company. I am beyond happy and grateful that my family and I found this company and chose them to redo our kitchen (which badly needed a remodel) and our floor! I am honored to have been able to have them do the job for us! My sister & my mom went to the location and were blown away by the exceptional customer service and how they were greeted and carefully listened to. Being unsure of what we wanted, they helped us figure out and showed samples till we decided. They quickly set up a date for measuring and after they came and we have a deposit for the start date, they were on it! They were quick, attentive and answered all of our questions. After dealing with different people/companies in the past, I can say that I have never ever experienced the level of service and quality that they provided. They were so nice, professional and the best. Seeing the kitchen made me cry because we really did get what we paid for and more with the level of care and attention that they gave us. I will recommend them to everyone I know and will definitely work with them again for any future jobs I may need done. It started a little difficult and worrisome as we were waiting for the tile vendor to deliver but the guys at Balboa Flooring & Kitchen pushed to get my tile as fast as possible. I'm going to use them again for the fireplace stone/tile refinish. Thanks again guys.
