Van, Alex, and Simon were so helpful with getting my new custom fridge, washer and dryer and they made sure that i got the extended protection so that I won't regret it if something was to go wrong:) They're also not sales-y or pushy which I absolutely appreciate (Van has helped me a few times prior to my purchase & spent time comparing different fridge models with me). “Had a problem with my washer and went to Kimo’s Appliance. James was amazing so friendly and helpful. To helping me look for a new washer and offering to take a look at my old one to see if it was repairable. They are very busy, he was able to squeeze me for an appointment today for the technician to come to my house.The staff very professional keeping in touch with me with a ETA when the technician will arrive to my home. When both technicians arrived they fixed the problem. :). I’m so happy and great full to have found them. Highly recommended this place.”

“I brought my boss' Miele vacuum here to be serviced. They did a great job and fixed a problem with the extension for the vacuum head. They also got it done faster than anticipated and the price was fair to take care of that very expensive vacuum. He also taught me how to change the filter and to make sure it stays really clean for optimal operation. I appreciate that kind of care.”

“My water tankless heater failed on Good Friday, expecting heavy rains Saturday, went to Home Depot and they only had 1 in stock (a brand I've never heard of). Called Ferguson 5 minutes before closing and told them my problem and that I was 3 minutes away, the salesmen said come on down. When I arrived there was someone waiting with the gate partially open, actually knew his stuff and had me in and out in 15 minutes with the brand I wanted and made sure I had everything I might need. They saved my weekend, it's nice to know there are still stores out there who will help a man out in a pinch. Thanks a bunch guys, I really appreciate it!!!”
