After being disappointed by another jeweler, I was referred to Andrew's Jewelers in the Northridge mall by family friends who told me that that's the place they go if they ever buy jewelry. Manuel was very informative and helpful. He took his time explaining things to me about what to look for when purchasing a diamond. Eventually, I will go back to replace my engagement ring that was purchased somewhere else but I did purchase earrings from him, a wedding band for my fiancé and I had Manuel custom make a necklace that I had been looking at online at another jeweler's website for over a year. Manuel is very talented and did an excellent job creating the necklace! I was so excited when I went to pick it up. It looks beautiful. Prices are fair too. I will update this post with photos when I take some. I highly recommend going to Andrew's Jewelers for all your jewelry needs.

Staff were professional & polite. I went to look for chain because I purchased chain at another jewelry store a year ago and it broke. Manual the jeweler explained to me the different grades in gold chains and helped me decide on better chain. I also had my wedding diamond setting replaced as he noticed prong was broken. I would go back for my jewelry needs& repairs.

This jewelry store is dishonest! I went to have my new expensive ring cleaned and he told me the stones were loose and was going to charge me $250 to fix it. I left and went to 2 other jewelers at the mall. They both said there were no loose stones and confirmed my ring was in perfect condition! I would not trust Andrew's and you should not either!!

I'm super pleased with the amazing job that Andrew's Jewelers did cleaning some badly tarnished and oxidized sterling silver jewelry. It was so bad they wondered if it was buried underground. Now it's sparkling like the sun! Everyone there was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I am pleased to give them a very strong recommendation!

I needed my engagement ring and an antique ring repaired, and I have only ever used one jeweler my whole life before moving to California. I was nervous to bring any of my beloved jewelry to someone new. Julie's friendly and warm presence immediately put me at ease. The repairs were done quickly and incredibly well! Kevin and Julie were very communicative and accommodating. I will definitely be returning for any other needs in the future.

I went to get my G-Shock fixed over here by Andrew's Nephew. I originally got the battery replaced in Chinatown but after I got it back I realized until I got home that two of the buttons were stuck. Luckily I went here to get it fixed and with no charge I was able to get my old G-Shock fixed.

Yesterday my wife and I entered Andrew's looking for a wedding band for our 25th anniversary. I'm assuming we spoke to Andrew, but I didn't ask for his name. The gentleman that we spoke to was very kind, friendly and professional. I am pleased with the ring we bought and would recommend Andrew's to anyone.

It's rare to find a business that has excellent customer service and expertise. I came in needing help with a few jewelry pieces that were a tangled mess and tarnished. Kevin helped me and he is the best! He had everything untangled and shiny within 30 minutes. I would 100% come here again for any jewelry repair.
