Initially we thought we found a good place. We took a necklace to get repaired and they did it quick and the price was good. We took a few more items and that's when it changed for us. We left a silver necklace there so they could take a piece off and put it on a new necklace we bought there. We still wanted the old necklace since it was ours but when we went back the owner told us they "threw it out because it wasn't worth anything." The new necklace lasted a couple weeks before it broke. We took it back and he fixed it and basically said it was my wife's fault. We thought he should have replaced it. A week later, it broke again. So basically we paid to know that we shouldn't go there anymore, sometimes that's worth it.

I'm super pleased with the amazing job that Andrew's Jewelers did cleaning some badly tarnished and oxidized sterling silver jewelry. It was so bad they wondered if it was buried underground. Now it's sparkling like the sun! Everyone there was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I am pleased to give them a very strong recommendation!

I needed my engagement ring and an antique ring repaired, and I have only ever used one jeweler my whole life before moving to California. I was nervous to bring any of my beloved jewelry to someone new. Julie's friendly and warm presence immediately put me at ease. The repairs were done quickly and incredibly well! Kevin and Julie were very communicative and accommodating. I will definitely be returning for any other needs in the future.

I took in 2 watches (family hierlooms) for new batteries. They changed both batteries, but only charged me for one because one of the watches still didn't work after the battery was replaced! These are ethical, customer oriented people and I can't recommend them enoufh!

Located next to Pandoras in the Northridge Mall, I needed a battery for my watch. It only took 15 minutes! Perfect!

I went to get my G-Shock fixed over here by Andrew's Nephew. I originally got the battery replaced in Chinatown but after I got it back I realized until I got home that two of the buttons were stuck. Luckily I went here to get it fixed and with no charge I was able to get my old G-Shock fixed.

Paid a fair price for quality work and done rather quickly as well.People who complain about $$$ for battery replacement are ridiculous.This shop is located in a mall, situated in a good area. Overhead will be high. This is not the swap meet/flea market.I will continue to go to this shop for service and repairs.

Yesterday my wife and I entered Andrew's looking for a wedding band for our 25th anniversary. I'm assuming we spoke to Andrew, but I didn't ask for his name. The gentleman that we spoke to was very kind, friendly and professional. I am pleased with the ring we bought and would recommend Andrew's to anyone.

It's rare to find a business that has excellent customer service and expertise. I came in needing help with a few jewelry pieces that were a tangled mess and tarnished. Kevin helped me and he is the best! He had everything untangled and shiny within 30 minutes. I would 100% come here again for any jewelry repair. They are kind, trustworthy and provide excellent service. Thank you!!
