People at this location are friendly. That's about it. The last three times I have made an appointment, showed up early just to have them tell me they are behind because of a problem with one car, and it will be an hour and half wait. More like 2+ hours each time. Technicians standing around a lot, doors closed at 5 and I'm still waiting. Each and every time. Someone from corporate needs to come down and see these technicians are not hustling and just watching the clock.

Went in this morning to get a tire fixed since there was a nail in it. Not only did they fix that tire but they discovered 2 more nails in one other tire that they also fixed….for free! I didn’t even buy the tires they since they came on my new car. Definitely will buy from them when I need new tires.

Never tried to upsell me anything, always free patches for my tire flats and airchecks, all staff have been very helpful and friendly, took care of my aftermarket wheel when they worked on it

I went to American Tires this morning in Northridge on Balboa to purchase one tire that was damaged yesterday (4/8/2024) late evening while driving. I ended up getting four brand new tires and got a good discount for my three good tires trade-in and a discount for purchasing them with America's Tires financing, to be paid off within 6 months ,with no interest. So happy that I made the right choice and went to America's Tire. My sales person (831 Damon T H) was so knowledgeable and detailed to what tire was equal to what was on my car or better. He did everything to get me a good price for my purchase. The work was done in a timely matter, I was very impressed.?

Honest not sure why I did an appointment, scheduled for one pm even came early just incase and it took them 2 hours to get to me and they didn't even do anything!! Just took 5 mins to change lug nuts and didnt tell me rhey were done, also don't like how they parked my car in the wellsfargo lot next door what if they towed Me would they had paid! Extreme lack of concern from these employees.

went in because I had a nail in my tire, I got the tire replaced & of course they wanted to replace all four of my tires. I explained I only wanted to change 2 for now & the other 2 later on.
As I was driving home after the service I got a tire pressure warning & noticed that they didnt even change the tire with the nail in it. They changed 2 different tires & placed the new ones in the back. they should have placed a new tires in the front since those move more than the rear tires.
Im dissatisfied with the service because they didnt even do what I went in for initially

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at this location. I got shorted $30 cash. All of this could have been avoided if the Yash would have proper training. After Yash inspected my vehicle he recommended me to get a tire rotation. He then charged me $40, which I had $10 card and $30 cash. The other employees in the shop re inspected my vehicle before and said they don’t recommend I do a tire rotation. It’s best to get new tires. So Yash asked me if it was ok to refund all $40 on my card and I said sure. Days later I only received $10 back on my card and I’m missing $30. So I go in to see if they can fix this issue and refund me my $30 cash and unfortunately one of the managers says they “can’t” bc on their end of the books it doesn’t show that they are over $30 so best thing they can do is offer me a credit for a next service or some windshield wipers. Smh. So one of the employees must have pocketed the $30 are my thoughts. How does just $30.00 perfectly just go missing??? Not a penny more or less bc the manger said they books balances for that day! I wanted my cash back bc I didn’t receive a service and they couldn’t do that! Just a credit or windshield wipers. Not right. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE when one cannot get their money BACK on a refund. My recommendation to potential customers of here is to get a WELL TRAINED and SEASONED employee or just avoid this place if you want to avoid frustration and loss of time and energy.

I just went today i had an app this guy went to check my car cameback an told me that i have to wait 2 hours he never told me if I need new tires or any thing no costumer service dont get me wrong I been a costumer 10 years 4 cars but this guy had no costmer service
