My son was in a car accident. The front and side of the vehicle was damaged. They did an amazing job repairing it. Honestly, It looks better then before the accident now!! The office staff was friendly, the prices are competitive and the work was done in a timely manner. I especially appreciate how honest they were. There was no trying to get us to do more than what we needed or agreed upon. I felt they respected our budget and repaired the items that were needed or important to be repaired. (This was an older vehicle, so there was a lot of things that could have been perfected or replaced/repaired, but they did not try to push more work down our throat). I would absolutely recommend them, and will most definitely come back.

If your thinking of going here go somewhere else they have the worst customer service They don't know what they are doing. I came here to get my car fixed and purchased a battery with them and now that the battery is bad and still under warranty they have been going back and fourth with me with no resolution. They keep Telling me someone will reach out and no one does. It ridiculous the amount of time i have to keep calling them to check the status to get a replacement and still no resolution it has now been a week. The owner was Nice and helpful these people don't seem to know what great customer service or a sense of urgency is.

These guys are experts and the entire team works great together. They definitely know what to do and how to do it, they even treated me like family. They are very understanding people that actually listen and care about their work; which spoke greatly for itself. I would never have expected to receive service this good at a one stop auto collision center DURING COVID.

Hugo took the best car of me. I have a super clean Audi convertible, I was sideswiped on the 101. Looked like some cosmetic but they really checked out the car and found other damage. My car looks amazing

Vee and Simon are excellent, top notch guys. I had a small rear bumper repair job and they took care of everything, doing a superb job as well. They were honest and up front with me about the whole process including dealing with insurance. I really love this business and would recommend it to anyone who needs auto repairs.

My experience here has been outstanding! Rose AKA Rosie has been a lifesaver to me helped me with everything within no time they had me in and out I'm not sure about the others but I'm happy with my experience! I will be recommending this place to any of my friends and family.

This place is honestly a joke and ran by bad people, I recommend you go elsewhere if you have drive a nicer vehicle. They will do overspray and most of there work is just clean up. My vehicle has cloudy paint from there poor quality paint job and major panel gaps.

Everything about my experience with All Cars Auto exceeded my expectations. My car looks FLAWLESS!!! They did an amazing job. A claim with an insurance company is a long, tedious and painful process but Rosa made sure this went by smoothly. Velvett is super friendly, informative and goes out of her way to assist in any way she can. She provides outstanding costumer service and goes above and beyond for her clients. Overall extremely satisfied with all the work and excellent costumer service. Highly recommend you bring your car here!!!!

All Cars Auto Center has amazing customer service and amazing staff!!! They assisted me after my accident and helped me in every way possible. They were even able to help me get a rental car. Excellent staff, excellent service!!

Hugo, an employee who claims to be an owner, treated me very poorly when I requested him to fix my vehicle after I noticed some flaws in the repair work. He came up with excuses and started blaming me when I pointed out my paint was bubbling in the area of work he did. There were also trim pieces missing when I received the vehicle. He agreed to order the part for me but it took him 3 weeks to get the part only to end up ordering the wrong parts. My vehicle spent 4 weeks in all cars auto center and came back with many flaws. Do not go to this body shop if you drive a luxury vehicle, he will mess it up then not take any responsibly

“I took my car in for damage to the right side which was minor and it took 4 months to repair and they gave me a salvaged vehicle as a rental (magic car rental) and charged the full rate that my insurance covered. The rental vehicle needed 5 quarts of oil and had many other issues while my car was being repaired. When I received my vehicle back after 4 months of it being at all cars auto center. The area of repair had over spray and bubbling paint. Trim pieces were missing from the vehicle. HUGO (EMPLOYEE) refused to take responsibility and gave excuses and blamed me that my cpo vehicle was 5 years old and that it was normal for the paint to bubble. LOL. It's a brand new paint job I don't think it's suppose to bubble even if the vehicle is 5 years old. I would not recommend this place as they will fight you if they mess up on there work.â€
