My wife and I stopped by this Also store tonight like an hour before they close. My wife use to buy shoes from here so she wanted to see their selections. They were kind of busy when we walked inside but it wasn't too bad. My wife like some of the shoes she saw and might come back later to purchase it. The lady worker who was working tonight let us shop in piece. She didn't approach us or asked us if we needed any help which can be a good thing or bad depending on the person. For us, it didn't really matter because we were just browsing

It is the worst store in Aldo, I bought some tennis shoes, but when I saw them online they were cheaper, I went to return them in the same store where I bought them, the very arrogant staff did not want to make my returnIt is worth mentioning that everything was in good condition.The staff should take some classes in customer service and human relations. I give them one star because I can't publish unless I have one, but they don't even deserve that one.

I decided to go to this location to make a return so I didn’t have to drive to topanga location. Waited for them to open just for the girl that opened the store say they didn’t take my return because it’s part of a collection they don’t carry. I accepted it and left without complaining. I called Aldo customer service line to find out they could have accepted my returns and my shipping label also stated that this store was closest to me for returns. Thanks for not letting make a return for whatever reason you didn’t want to do it and instead lied about it.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. 0 star for that store. Worse experience ever!! They kept sending me the wrong order and to the wrong address. I had to call customer service twice and be on hold for hours and go back and forth to store. Will definitely not order from the store specifically by Hazron ever again!

First-time, last-time shopper b/c of a surprise return policy. Took a few gift items back because my wife didn't like them, and the manager won't refund one of the items b/c she said since it had an "8" at the end it was a final sale item - even though nothing in the store or on the receipt says that and the item is still selling in the store with no signage saying it's a final sale/no return item. It was bizarre. Buyer beware.

Yvonne & staff had such great costumer service. She handled herself with grace when met with a very entitled woman. I was very impressed with this Aldo team, well done!
