We love this store, the quality of the clothes is so soft and comfortable and the staff in the dressing rooms are very attentive ? I recommend it.

My wife and I stopped by A&F because she wanted to look at what they have in their clearance rack. She recently got a clearance item from here when shopping online so she was interested to see what else they have. The store is bigger than it looks, it been a while since I last walked into A&F since it's not my style. The store is nicely presented with the ladies item on the left and men's item on the right. There wasn't too many people inside the store when we came so that's good especially if we were going to purchase something. The thing that stood out to me in the store was the deer head at the cashier area. My wife saw a blazer she like but it was too expensive so she didn't purchase anything.

the only "customers" in the store are the secret, undercover loss prevention workers. they think they're slick but they make it so obvious. all they do is follow you and literally spy on you in the fitting room. I felt so uncomfortabl, I left everything and ran out of there.

Horrible feeling as a parent who has an 8 year old daughter that said omg daddy look at the picture out front. There's two guys kissing why are they doing that. I was just going to the mall to get some Pretzel Pizza bites and a little ice cream. I shouldn't have to sit there and explain this to my 8 year old innocent daughter. Ridiculous leave our children alone. Enough is enough.

Very clean and organized store. Associate worked very hard to help me find a shirt for a friend that would work. There was about five people in line (right before Xmas) but only waited 5 min. Definitely will keep this store in mind.

Staff and manager don’t care for this job. I use to work here, manager has no structure in managing, employees are judging within each other and customers, especially the managers !! Overall mess

Excellent quality in fabrics and good variety.
The employees are friendly, they are attentive to help if you need to find a special size or design.
The store is located on the second floor in front of the Macy's store.

I got something from my son on Mother’s Day that I had to return and the minute I walked in there they didn’t even acknowledge me they didn’t even say hello, I’m thinking because I’m a Latina woman they are discriminating.

Since there is no Abercrombie in Valencia, I opted to do a store pick up here. Well, I have learned a lesson. They "lost" my package even though one of their associates signed for it. Then when I spoke with customer service, they said they it wasn't there. Even though I have the below. So someone named Olsen signed for my stuff and then it wasn't processed. So were you just going to take my money and that's it? This whole process was beyond shady.

Had to return stuff! Didn't like that after 30 they won't refund it back to your credit card but only gave me store credit and I had receipts for everything....
