This is the worst AAA The person at the receptio , has the worst customer service that I saw in retail. The one at the desk was doing nothing but upset because they sent us to them. They gave us the wrong advice on the transfer of a car. Save your time and go to another AAA . No use este AAA son de lo peor . Si pudiera les daba 0 estrellas

AAA representative Roxy was very rude and unprofessional when I called about my car insurance. I don't recommend getting your car insurance through AAA.

Normally, the insurance is great. The reason for the one-star is that the information is completely different. As you can see in the pictures, the sign states that a full travel payment is required for the free items. The email that I received states that I need to take a passport picture or meet with a travel agent. I met with the travel agent but wasn't interested in any travel arrangements. I still did not receive the FREE items. Overall experience was a complete waste of time.

I was having issues with paying my DMV car registration online for almost 1 week. I walked in to AAA and had it paid, received my tags, and registration in less than a minute! Thank you!

Well one of the representative from AAA gave me false information My insurance policy payment. I asked when it was due. And the lady told me March 31, 2024. Now I’m finding out it’s past due and they will cancel my insurance if I don’t make that payment by that due date. 3/22/24. I feel they need to train their representative a lot better and stop giving out false information. We need our Insurance to drive a car in California. So Tati needs to get her story straight and give out the right information. This happened in Northridge, California and I am not very happy with AAA I tried getting extension, but they won’t give me one just to give me a couple days until I get paid so be careful with the representative AAA giving false information.

Worst service provided, they don’t care about customers they just put you on hold or hang up acting like a accident lucky if you talk to anyone or lottery winner if you solve your issue

Geez, can't you have someone with better customer service skills at the counter. Ashley was at the service counter - I did not enjoy the experience nor dealing with her. I went for a replacement card, she said they don't print out cards, that's fine but what she didn't say or attempt to do was print out a temporary paper card with my AAA number she just said you should get it in 2 weeks with a short attitude and was going to let me move on without an identifiable AAA card or number. I told her my dilemma with me having a different address and not having my card. She didn't even inquire whether I needed a temporary, it takes so little to help customers and this is all I got. I called AAA customer service number immediately when I left, he sent me an temporary card by emailwithin 3 minutes with kind gentleman-like service. Ugly and short handed service by your establishment.
