I would give them 5 stars if they picked up the equipment! Still sitting in the living room for 7 months! They were quick with delivery and the items were new. If I knew how to take the bed apart I'd deliver the items!! I have called numerous times and left messages but not a call back! Sad part is it keeps reminding me of my mom's end, not the good times.

Ordered uniform tops for my nursing program from this business almost 2 months ago and still have yet to receive it. I called Gary on Monday and he promised me I would be able to pick it up on Wednesday and I confirmed their business hours with them. Fast forward to Wednesday and I have been waiting outside for almost an hour and a half, no one is here and my clinicals are tomorrow. Needless to say, I will be informing my college of how difficult and stressful this entire process has been. Not to mention how rude and unprofessional some of the staff is. I’ve never been so disappointed in a business before.

They had a sign on the door that said they'd be returning at 2:15 so I waited till then and an additional 30 minutes and still no one had arrived. Take caution checking this place out. The employees/ management here clearly don't care about timely etiquette.

This store doesn't care for their customers. I ordered a uniform and pay them in advance. They told me they will call me once it is ready. It's almost a month now and never receive a call and no uniform. I call them and ask if the uniform is ready, the guy told me "did we call you and told you that the uniform was ready!", I said no, then the guy told me to wait for our call and hang-up the phone.

If I could leave less then one star I would. They are terribly unprofessional. Classmates and I all put our orders in advance over a month ago(we were all quoted varying pick up time frames from a few days to roughly 10 days) but that they will call when our prepaid orders were ready. Over 2 weeks go by I called and asked when my stuff would be ready as we’d need the uniforms for school in less than 3 weeks by now. The lady on the phone told me that the uniforms should be ready soon they’ll give me a call, but then asked when we’d really need the uniforms by for clinicals in a way that definitely conveyed to me they have not placed the order for our things. Another week goes by I called AGAIN and was told once again they’d be ready soon. At this point I’m pretty mad and told them how unprofessional this was at which they now blamed the embroidery company being the reason for the delay.(I’m sorry I call BS).Super disappointed with their services is an understatement of the catastrophe of a business they are. Do not count on your things being ready on time.

Beware all of this place, full of unprofessional employees who don't care about you or your needs. We requested shoes from them for my diabetic mom and they were so nice initially assured us everything Will get done ASAP and only needed an extra paper from the doctor which they would request themselves. It has been almost a month since we dropped off the papers and I have been calling them every week, every time I call I get a different answer from a different person they blame each other for their incompetence and lie about sending the paper for the doctor to sign. This kind of people should not be in business, save yourself a headache and look for a new place to get your medical equipment from. Incompetence at its finest here.

Not worth it!! I've been to this location at least 3 times trying to get scrubs. The first time the gentleman helping me wrote down what I needed and told me to come back. When I did I was told my order wouldn't arrive for 2 weeks! On the other occasions I've gone there never anything I need in stock and when I ask when the next shipment will arrive the employees look like they couldn't be bothered. Anything I ask for they say "that's all I have. No shipments" So disappointed.

I'm so glad I found AAA Healthcare Products through Yelp. They carried what I needed at a reasonable price compared to other medical supply stores. Customer service was very good too. Gary was very helpful and measured me correctly for compression stockings.
