Maud and Vishal are not only hard workers, they are also AMAZING human beings! They will help you with literally anything you need from a PO Box, a live-scan, or general notary work and more! I highly recommend this place. I've been coming here for over 15 years and it's comforting knowing you're handling all of your business needs at a reputable business with people you can trust. Also, I recommended a family member of mine come here a few years ago for something he needed. He was going through a tough time emotionally and they have some small wallet sized cards with inspirational quotes and scriptures on them. He took one and still has it in his wallet. He said it spoke to him that day and he walked out feeling so much better. They really go above and beyond to say the least... Thank you guys!

This place sucks! I went my first time to get fingerprints for my job and it went okay. Then since it was so close to CSUN, I decided to go again for fingerprints because it was convenient, my MISTAKE. I got my fingerprints done for the credential program at CSUN and had to pay 75$ for it, and 65$ from the credential program that verifies the prints. In total 140$ for fingerprints right? I noticed that the process wasn't going through because I kept checking the website over & over and it stated "Incomplete action needed" so I emailed the credential company and they told me I need to contact the livescan agency that printed me. I call and some lady takes over the phone and is insanely rude, telling me to go to the DOJ website and put in my ATI number, which I do over the phone and it doesn't work, until she gives me a different number than whats on my paper work?!?! here's the problem: They wrote the wrong ATI number on my paperwork so the credential program couldn't process my fingerprints. Waste of money. I told the lady otp that they wrote the wrong number she said to call and give them the right number, no apology or anything for THEIR mistake. And she also hung up on me with no proper goodbye. Horrible business, I see where the younger girls get there attitude from! If you go to csun you're better off doing your prints elsewhere. Wasted money.

Went to A1 to get visa photos! The photos I needed weren't the standard 2x2 so I couldn't get them at any drugstore. Thankfully A1 Livescan offered this service! The two ladies that helped me were so nice and kind. The whole process of taking the photos and printing it took 5 minutes. Highly recommend this business to anyone looking to take passport/visa photos!

Have been coming here for years. I always get my passport photos done here as well as live scans. Fees are reasonable and it’s the fastest service! Live scan takes less than 15 minutes. Always cheerful and a wonderful family owned business. Absolutely recommend!

Was a nice place to go to get finger printed. It’s a family run business and the owner was kind to answer my random questions I threw his way. Parking is tight due to the many other businesses that are in that area but you can manage. They also provide mailboxes and cards if you needed one.

I had to take care of my fingerprints and this place was so helpful. I was able to do my finger prints, make copies of documents I needed, make copies, mail my documents and make copies of my house keys all in 1 stop! They saved me so much time.

I have been coming to A1 for livescan services through my college years and now, despite not living in the immediate area anymore, I still make it a point to come here for notary, livescan services, and even mail/shipping needs. The service here is top-notch. The owners/workers are kind, and the environment is relaxed and uplifting. That's not something I could say of a lot of other places.
