Don’t order anything from here with Uber eats or Postmates they will not put your items and if they do, it’s wrong it’s happening on multiple occasions can’t even get a hold of someone there avoid ordering from this place at all cost

wish they would have hot food after midnight! roller foods can roll for hours long, even if noone bought them during the night you'd only be throwing out like two, but they were completely empty! especially considering 711 is one of the only places open after midnight

First and foremost I would like to say to say the specific one employee was completely j*** and rude and disrespectful. Who ever owns this place should fire the Indian tall person . Lazy and doest want to do his job . I asked him to input the lotto manually , simple because I won some . And he said the exact word I don't do it and I don't want to do it . So I told him his j*** and he immediately told me f--k u and I told him also go At your self . If you don't want to work there just look for another job . THIS GUY IS MEAN AND COMPLETELY HAS VER BAD ATTITUDE. Very disgusting and mean .

The staff at this location are always very friendly. Even when busy they greet me with a smile. I've seen other reviews here complaining about bad customer service, but that has never been my experience in the few times I have been here. I have also never used 7-11 discounts so I can't speak on that. All I can say is in my quick stops for a road snack or Lotto ticket have been great.My only complaint is about the parking outside. It's small, spots are narrow, and because this location is on the corner of a busy intersection, it can just get tricky/backed up. Be patient. Everyone is trying to get in and out just like you.

Missing ItemsDoesn't make an effort to call customer to make sure they are getting their full items requested I ordered something very specific but for discount i had to buy some other stuff the main thing i wanted witch was the pizza didn't come if you called me i would of cancelled the whole order

This is my go-to or "home" 7-11 despite being almost exactly in the middle of this store (0.8 miles from home) and the Balboa/Chatsworth 7-11 (0.9 miles from home). I can sincerely say that over the last few years the customer service has gone from "just fine, nothing bad nothing great" to a positive experience for me. The staff is courteous and prompt - considering how busy they can get I appreciate the cashiers moving things along as quickly as they can - while being courteous and smiling. I've seen one hire who I'd describe as abrasive come to work for this store and I can understand a bad day, but I went out of my way to try to be nice and engage with her; sadly she just seemed like she didn't want to be there or I was bothering her. I'm not one to complain because I don't want to cost someone their job, but I was relieved when I no longer saw her working there. I appreciate management being on the ball when it comes to their employees and taking the time to understand the customer experience.The only issue I have which isn't even an issue for me personally is that their iced coffee station is often out, and while I prefer my Slurpees, the boyfriend will drag me to the Balboa 7-11 in order to get his Iced Mocha fix. I tried making it at home, but no - it has to be 7-11 iced mochas. So if the coffee was topped off at this location we'd have no reason to go to the Balboa location. That's a win win!On a slightly more serious note, I know we're relaxing Covid 19 restrictions around Los Angeles and I know many of us are excited to get back to normal. I just wanted to commend this specific location in their strict observation of the laws and medical guidelines laid out for all of us. My mom unfortunately passed from Covid months before any vaccines were available so she didn't get a choice. However after vaccinations became available I noticed many businesses became lax with all rules but especially Masks. I always felt this location keep up with the strict rules, disallowing customers in without face coverings and keeping things disinfected. Thank you to the employees and management here - while the rules and laws were strict, I appreciated that this location didn't drop the ball, I felt as protected as I could be while out during the pandemic when at this location. So give your staff a raise and a round of applause. They deserve it :)-Vikki

Singh gurgod is the only employee that doesn’t wear a name tag. My guess he took it off because of all the complaints. Just had my worst experience with the guy and I’ve been coming here for over two years. Guy just rips a sign off and says “opps is shouldn’t be there, and walks away.” Completely trying to ignore me. Something has to be done about this guy. Everyone of your employees are great but this one guy. I wonder if the owner ever wonders why they get so many complaints. Well one guess Singh gurgod. Hey owner, check the cameras today around 8:20pm. See how he just ripped a sign off and blamed it on an employee and walked just tried to dismiss me and walk away.

This has to be the same guy!! Singh Gurgod! He is probably one of the rudest people I have ever delt with! That guy definitely doesn’t belong in customer service! I’d give this store a 0 if I could. I’ll never be going back and I’ll be telling all my friends not to come back here either.
