I don’t understand the “policy” of can’t exchanging something once you leave the store. If the item isn’t working then you should be exchanging the item. Thanks for wasting my time and money

Staff at the smoke shop is really knowledgeable from everything from glass pipes, bings to Vapes. Both of the gentleman there were very helpful and got me just what I needed .
