While driving on the I-10 towards Los Angeles, my car suddenly started rattling and the engine light began flashing. I pulled over and searched for a repair shop on Google. I was initially headed to another shop, but I happened to spot this shop with an Audi logo. I’m so glad I found it. Their service was excellent, the prices were reasonable, and most importantly, they are true specialists in Volkswagen and Audi vehicles. I recommend everyone who own a vw or Audi to give it a shot.

Love when I can trust a place with my livelihood. I drive 2 hours to get my car fixed. But, Faustino & his crew are amazing, honest & efficient. I drive Uber/Lyft, they keep me on the road safely.

I took my VW 2018 Golf Sportwagen for its 80,000 mile service + extra
My car has only ever been serviced by VW dealerships which overall has been okay.
I had planned to take my car back to a VW dealership for this particular service but on a recommendation I stopped by TopNotch.
The outcome: Excellent!
The customer service was exceptional and the work was beyond professional.
My car drives and feels like the day I drove it off the lot- brand new.
It's tight, it feels safe, and I feel confident driving it.
It is evident that they take pride in their work, they were fair and honest. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family, friends, and coworkers. God bless these gentlemen and their company

The owner Faustino is an honest guy. I brought my Passat diesel in for a major issue recently. Top Notch's certified technicians took care of the problem like the OG's they are, and the job came in at $900 under the dealer price to boot. Trust me, don't take your VW or Audi anywhere else, this is the best shop in the valley bar none.

Glad to have found this place. I used Faustino years ago when he was at PS VW. He is a great guy and knows his VWs. Office is nice and tidy. Shop is huge and clean. These guys are honest and dedicated.They performed my oil change and got a price to replace a window regulator. Very reasonable! Much less than a dealer would charge. Fast service and friendly! Go and see these guys. Very professional.

We had an issue with our vehicle traveling from Arizona and stopped in with hopes of getting things corrected before leaving Palm Springs. Faustino got our car right up and diagnosed and corrected the problem in no time at all. These are some really nice people that took care of me and my family in a pinch. Adding to the chorus of other very satisfied clients. Faustino and his team does great work. Honest, straightforward and fair. I took my Audi to him while I was in the area visiting a friend, who also takes their car to Top Notch. Faustino fit me in and let me know there was a coolant leak at the thermometer. He said it was minor at this point and I could make it back home. He provided me a quote to fix and said go see if it might be covered by your dealer first. I did my research and even thought my car was out of warranty and CPO warranty, the thermometer and water pump were covered in an Audi/VW settlement for 8 years/100K. My local Audi dealer replaced both at no charge to me. Faustino could have made something up to get my business right away, but he didn't and that is huge in my book when it comes to someone who works on your car(s). Verdict: It doesn't have top notch in its name for nothing!

I've referred family and friends to Faustino over the last few years since I started seeing him and each person received a positive experience. I bought a used car recently and went in just this morning to get the AC serviced. Faustino quoted the service to take about an hour, but the techs finished in half that time! Same good, honest energy. No upselling or pressure. Just professionalism and reliability. Thanks, Faustino!

I found Top Notch Automotive on Next Door. My battery died and I called Coachella Valley VW and they wanted $490 to replace my battery!!! I don't think so. Those dealerships are just the biggest rip off. I got a jump and headed over to see Faustino & Aaron. I have to say they are the most honest and nicest people to deal with. Now that I am back in the desert, I will only go to Top Notch for my VW needs. Thanks so much!!Service: Battery
