“Neat spot for groceries, wine, beer, etc. Staff were very helpful & polite. A fair bit of organic food. Not your typical grocery store. Did find an interesting Pinot Noir called Moon X for $6.99, of all things. Wouldn't normally buy this, but worst case scenario, you're only out 7 bucks. It turned out to be not too bad. Fruit forward, good acidity, soft tannins, medium finish. Worked well with grilled Sockeye Salmon. Went back to Trader Joe's several times during our 16 days in Palm Springs late Jan, early Feb.”

The two friendly gentlemen who greeted us not only offered generous samples of wine, but recommendations for their great city… and San Diego as well! They even sent us away with a fresh batch of their hatch chili salsa, a proud family recipe. Thanks to the On the Mark family for contributing to an amazing first experience in Palm Springs. “I received a promo email from Gelson's on Dec 26,2023. In the promo, it had a discount code (Gelsons$20) for online orders of $20 off $50 in online purchases for pickup. It clearly stated that the code could be used three times. It shows no expiration period. On the 27th, I ordered, used the code and received the discount and picked up my items. Today I went to order, input the correct code and was shown that the code was invalid as it had been used by me. Yes, once, not three times. The manager has called to relay that there was a tech issue with their Instacart partner. Unfortunate but happy that I brought to their attention. The issue has been fixed.”

“Excellent wine tasting! They have very friendly staff who talked to us through the world of Argentinian wines. We could order glasses of different wines even if the bottle wasn't opened yet. Excellent service. The Chardonnay and White Zinfandel were the best we could find in here so far. We totally recommend this place if you look for good wine!”
“We come out to the Valley for the winters and often eat out at the many restaurants around the Palm Springs area. Quite often you just want a simple well made sandwich. Well in that case I highly recommend the Palm Liquor and Deli to you. They make a great sandwich, mind you it's not a New York style deli, but they do an excellent job. I love the Mortadella 6" , it's just perfect for lunch. Try one you'll love it.”

They have a markdown fridge section where I scored a dozen eggs for $2. For those looking to pre-party before hitting da club, it's conveniently located on the strip next door to a discotheque as well as another being just across the street. As I left the BevMo and turned the corner, four young ladies were BevMo stocked and getting the party started.I'm giving this BevMo 4 stars because the guy that rang me up was entranced by whatever YouTube nonsense he was watching and looked miserable as can be. A supervisor came over to do the markdown of my $2 eggs and didn't blink an eye at the cashier being hypnotized by his phone.”

“I absolutely love this place. Every time I come into Palm Springs I always stop by before going back home. The owners are super nice and friendly. There is a language barrier that isn't bad. I noticed a new ownership sign. I hope they keep it Korean and have more items for sale in the future. I always get the Korean banana, strawberry, taro, and coffee milk. Mandu, oemuk, tteokbokki, hotteok, ramyeon, gim, gochugaru, gochujang, deonjang, etc. Next time I go I'm definitely picking up the frozen bulgogi for BBQ. I hope they will be very successful. It's super important for small ethnic businesses to thrive. Please support!”
