Love this yoga studio the true far-infrared is the best ever and they also have non-heated classes and specially classes like sound bath and kundalini. The teachers are wonderful and it’s just a great community.

Was in town visiting and took the Yoga Flow class with instructor Elisa Barretta. Highly recommend. It was the perfect stretch and zen feeling.
