Had an awful experience transitioning away from Verizon, only to return within just 3 days was a nightmare! The sole reason I returned is because of Mark.Mark is an incredibly professional, attentive, patient, and outstanding communicator. I was impressed by his precision while navigating through different departments, explaining the issue, and sharing insights on what each department had done, along with him bouncing ideas on how to resolve the problem.Undoubtedly, this was the best sales experience I’ve ever had. Mark, thank you for tackling a challenging problem with true professionalism. Your efforts are greatly appreciated!

Horrible service !Been a client of Verizon for years and was just few days ago purchased a new phone.Turned out the phone I purchased was defective and gave me lots of issues I then return to the store and they try and buy time so they sent me to Apple which Apple sent me back to Verizon saying that I should go back to whoever I purchased the phone from..I came back to this specific location (where I initially purchase my new defective phone) and I have explained the person at the store the entire story all over again which took me hours each visit and they where kept telling me stories and stories however they have not only wasted so much of my time but also violated my right to return an item with less then 14 days from when purchased.I’m very very disappointed for Verizon and felt like I was treated as if I asked for charity while I have been a loyal client for 10 yearsNow I still have my reactive phone and feel like they really really don’t care about the client but only making more and more sales with zero dignity and fairness.Really disappointed and totally surprised by the way they have treated me and feel like my hands are tight so I hope people take my experience and learn from it to stay away from this store-chain!

Very disappointed shady employees I placed an order online to be pickup at the store apparently they couldn’t find it I even gave them the order number and all my info employee just kept saying that ain’t gonna work plus we don’t even offer curbside when it clearly shows they do and then I knew he was lying when he told me to call customer service to cancel the order so he could sell me the phone smhh what a shame Verizon !!!

I went in hoping someone could help me with my account. I was told that they don't do that service there and that I should go to the corporate location on Van Nuys and Roscoe. So I did that. At that location, they told me they didn't know what she was talking about and that they are the exact same kind of Verizon store. Complete waste of my time for no reason at all. They don't even know how their own business operates.

I honestly wish I would of looked up the reviews on here first before going. I had great customer service with the girl who helped me obv. She was just trying to make a sale and charged me a whole bunch of stuff. What my major problem is that they don't explain the charges to you. So I was told that in order to trade in my phone I had to purchase their items which they didn't even tell me the cost of. $50 dollars for one charger ?! that looks like it be 15 bucks and a screen protector which I know should not be $50 dollars. They also added some mobile protection to my bill that I never requested. Luckily, I got that fixed by calling corporate. But please be cautious and make sure they give you all the details before you pay. Honestly, just don't come here and go directly to an actual Verizon store. Shady place. 0 stars.

I had such a pleasant experience. Araceli was professional and helpful . She tried every possible option to resolve my issues. She is extremely knowledgeable and I will be coming back to this location . I prefer a face to face experience versus being on the phone with customer service .

I came to NoHO West Verizon 2 weeks ago, and I was assisted by MIA. She is an amazing employee, and really goes above and beyond to assist her customers needs. I recently purchased a new phone with Mia. I also asked her to please go over my account, and she did. She really did everything possible to get my account to a normal standing. Thank you again Mia for all your help.

This is one of the best Verizon stores I've been to! Marisa and Mia were so helpful and knowledgeable. I was so impressed with how fast they solved my issue. They made getting a new phone painless! If you need to go to a Verizon store, go here!
