Simply put, top of the line product and world class customer service. I got the 5 pc Huntington Teak Loveseat Deep Seating Set with Coffee Table and Sunbrella Cushions. The products are the best and the customer service is even better.

I cannot say enough about this company. Tim's Customer Service has been above and beyond, the shipping was very fast, and the furniture is so beautiful and well made. We are already talking about adding more Willow Creek Teak to our collection.
