Today was not the best. One of the cashiers at the well’s Fargo inside the ralph’s on magnolia was flirting with a customer for a good ten min. There where two tellers. He was the slow one. I waited in line for almost 13 min just to get two rolls of quarters.

Every time at every wells fargo it is as unpleasant and difficult as possible. Cashing a wells fargo check at a wells fargo bank and I have a wells fargo bank account. Takes them 5 minutes to eventually call over a manager who says they have to call to verify something or another, it's taking 20 minutes to cash a wf check at a wf bank. It's always like this, worst bank ever.

I love this Wells Fargo bench. Because they are friendly and open on Saturdays and close at 2 pm Saturday

Wow this used to be the best branch in the area. Always bad service at Lankershim and Magnolia and so I would instead drive to this branch and now since reopening inside the Ralph's the employee here is beyond horrible. Rude. Ask for a manager and you are told some one is and then you find out they are not they simply say so and lie. These people are trusted with your money and your financial life and they are rude and horrible. Seriously after 20+ years with Wells Fargo I may have to change banks entirely because of how bad the customer service has gotten

Had an appointment to open a business account, right before it started they called me to say they don’t have anyone there that can open it. They send me to another location so I drive there instead, and then they tell me that they can’t do it either even though they had more than half an hour to do so. I called the place I had an appointment to explain to them so they can find me a different appointment since I need it done today, yet after 10 tries they are not answering. I am fed up with Wells Fargo and I am switching banks

Today I opened a coogan accout for my child, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank the manager who worked with me today for the help, he did the job quickly, efficiently and he is really a professional (unfortunately, I did not remember the name exactly). But I want to say to the whole department including many thanks, you guys are the best!

This location is one of the worst ones I've been to. Their was a line of people and one of the tellers was just chit chatting with a customers like if their wasn't a line of people and it wasn't even banking related. It's very unprofessional and needs to be addressed

Wells Fargo is unbelievable...the fraudulent opening more accounts for people that don't want more accounts, the military service personnel scandal Wells Fargo & Co WFC. N will pay the U.S. government $108 million to settle a whistleblower lawsuit claiming it charged military veterans hidden fees to refinance their mortgages, and concealed the fees when applying for federal loan guarantees. Refusal to give me my wired in money to get my boat.changing prefixes on mortgages without telling the tellers or the mortgage holders. so difficult to pay mortgage even when you have plenty of money

There's usually a line at this bank, and it's clear to see why. Yes, it's in a busy grocery store. But more importantly, the service is bar-none (aka, outstanding). A beyond excellent team, with a beyond excellent manager. They solved what I thought would be a very complex problem with ease, calm, humor, and speed. A well oiled machine. Thanks guys! ?

Open late. Branch like services. Gets the job done. I went last min after work to make a wire transfer. At first the employee right away just said "well you know it's not going to go through until tomorrow" in which I replied that I was warned over the phone already and that's fine. Then when he helped me he still hadn't introduced him, explained the process, so I asked if it had been a long day and called him out on not evening saying hi. He broke his mood into something more pleasant and apologized. We got the job done. He finally built rapport and ensured me the wire would process first thing in the morning.
