Sat in the lobby for 15 minutes with one banker completely unoccupied and refusing to make eye contact. One of the managers walked by me twice and didn't say anything. Not so much as a "Hello" or "Good morning." Zero acknowledgement of a customer sitting in the lobby. Bank was fairly empty except for sporadic customers doing teller transactions. No one in the fifteen minutes I sat there asked if they could help me, three of them made direct eye contact and didn't bother to say anything. A gentleman came in and within minutes the manager walked over and said "I can help you over here." Still not acknowledging me or the simple fact I was there before him and waited fifteen minutes. I was so in shock I walked out. To be completely dismissed and disregarded. Outside of the abismal and sheer non existent customer service. I think what makes me sad, is that every single person working this morning was a POC and a woman. As someone who belongs to both of those classifications I truly can't understand the lack of respect and acknowledgment. Was trying to move my business banking to Wells Fargo but this branch left such a bad taste in my mouth I can't see myself ever walking into a Wells Fargo again. For anything. Staying with Chase.

Worst Bank ever ...it seems that no one knows what they are doing ...cashier only chit chat with each other instead of helping customers ...NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all I would not trust them with my money

Employees at this branch need to get it together and better communicate about appointments. This is not a customer centered branch & im sadly taking my business somewhere else.

I came here to buy quarters to do my laundry and they sold me two rolls without having an account set up. Smiling and happy employees. Great customer service! I came here after Bank of America down the street refused to sell me quarters or let me sign up for an account same day (it was completely empty) so I signed up for a Wells Fargo account!

Forget about customer service, how about just common human decency? Nope! We had an appointment to open an account at 2:30. We arrived on time and waited. After 5 minutes the woman we had the appointment with (Sandra) walked right past us without acknowledging our existence and out the front door, wearing her coat. After another 10 minutes the manager approached us and asked if we had an appointment. Yes! 15 minutes ago. He informed us that she went to lunch late and said he had no idea when she'd return. We waited a while longer. She came back in carrying a Starbucks bag and walked right past us again, could clearly see us, and still no acknowledgment. She went into the back room and stayed there. After several minutes the manager followed her and I could hear him berating her, that she needed to come out and take care of us. After a couple more minutes she appeared again and while in the middle of chewing her lunch approached us. Then she proceeded to inform us that she was the only one in the office so we would have to wait another 20 minutes in order for her to assist us. I replied "so after we've already been waiting 25 minutes for an appointment you knew was scheduled, you would like us to sit here for another 20 minutes?" And she very matter of factly replied back that yes, she had other appointments and also continued with her "I need to eat right now" story. We told her we weren't willing to wait 45 minutes for a scheduled appointment, which she was delighted by and returned to the break room (not even the slightest hint of an apology or seeming to care at all). Now, I understand needing have a little something to eat, or being pressed for time... HOWEVER. Who walks directly past customers twice knowing they have an appointment with you, and you can't even stop for a moment to say a word to them about not being able to honor an appointment in a timely manner? That's not just bad customer service, it's downright disrespectful. Then you have the audacity to be irritated when the manager tells you to do your job and just open your mouth and say actual words to us! I don't know how this woman hasn't been fired yet? Nice job Sandra! We'll be taking our business elsewhere to open a business account!

They dont have enough people to serve their clients. Imagine standing up for 45 minutes waiting for your turn. Of course it will be at least 45 minutes because they only have one teller open

Poor customer service, they made me wait 30 minutes for my appointment and after they call me they told me to wait 10 more minutes because someone forgot something like WOW!

There are over 10 people waiting in line while the branch opened only two windows. I have been waiting over 15 mi s and only one person finished transaction....shameful inefficiency...obviously this branch manager does not care

This bank stinks. Poor customer service. Always a line out the door and ONE TELLER available. 14 employees walking around doing other jobs while they have one poor guy or gal manning the 10 bank teller windows (they even number the windows) without fail. If this were a tv show- it would have been cancelled. Can't blame it on Covid either. They are behind glass- a d literally 14 other people that work there just rambling & standing around d. Not one asking if they can be of any help. Use an atm or a different bank.

Not a great branch. Not enough tellers. When they are overwhelmed, there is no sense of timeliness or urgency. If you like a really laid back location, this is the one for you.

the worst service i had ever had!!!! never again will i go there. they can't even get a simple transaction correct. the supervisor and the teller messed up my transaction. i was told what she wanted to do with my check, not me tell them what i wanted which was to cash the check then deposit somw of the money into 2 accounts. been with them for 21 years.
