This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Whenever I call the pharmacy it's at least a 10 minute wait and half the time they just hang up on me before I even get a chance to say hello.They get my prescriptions wrong, their process is incredibly slow, and it is always an amazing hassle to deal with them because the systems in place through Walgreens as well as the personnel are all incapable of actually assisting

Im giving them three stars because three is for average. I got this acne product for just six bucks and some cents it's called Terminator 10 and it has been really helping me. I also got a big bottle of witch hazel which is good for face and body. I go here for all the acne products I need. The makeup is a bit pricy as well as everything else so you need to make sure you are getting your money's worth. The employees are super nice one of them is kinda clueless though. She took forever helping me check out.

How is the pharmacy out of medication? This is the worst Walgreens, no the worst pharmacy in the entire country. The pharmacist argued with me and then refused to fill the prescription my doctor ordered. They won’t find you any coupon deals they want to charge you the maximum and screw you

Just got followed around by a man threatening to hit me and the employees did nothing. They stood there and refused to tell him to leave. I felt so unsafe. I had to pull ny taser out

Used the FedEx drop off, and it was very simple. As soon as I walked up, the shift leader greeted me, scanned my package and had FedEx text me with updates. The shift leader even informed me that due to being Sunday, my package will not be picked up until tomorrow (Monday).

Do not get your COVID-19 test here or use this pharmacy. I do not recommend. They made me wait in line 40 minutes with a valid appointment to tell me there's a glitch and sent me away. I waited 3 days for this appointment with my kid being sick. Not a very kind or health conscious pharmacy. Pharmacist has zero sympathy.

I love this Walgreens so much ! Very nice staff especially Fabian who helped me bring out my stuff to my car I recommend getting your covid vaccine at this location !!!

Our family took covid test here and it’s been 3 days without any word from them. When we called and asked, we were told it would take 4 days to get the result back. I said it was terrible to wait this long for something that can be done in 15 mins then I was rudely hung up. Do not recommend this location or any Wallgreens really.

Probably the friendliest staff i have ever met in a Walgreens. Everyone is very helpful and positive, the service is quick and the fedex pick up is super easy with them. They even put up a Manorah for Hanukkah!! Very greatful for the beautiful holiday spirit... happy holidays for everyone!

Amazing helpful service from Garo & Fabian! These two made it easy to ship out several FedEx packages; Fabian actually volunteered to came out to my car to provide assistance. They both went out of their way to make my work this evening go a little smoother & my day to finish a little better. I encourage you to shop here and recognize these gentlemen.

This is literally the WORST Walgreens in Los Angeles county. The pharmacy is soooo slow, it's painful to watch them work. I have had to leave the drive thru and the indoor line so many times because of how long they took. They always say it's due to under staffing. Then HIRE MORE PEOPLE. Also they now do drive thru COVID tests here, but they are in the same line as people picking up prescriptions which makes absolutely no sense, so I had to wait in the drive thru line for 45 minutes to pick up a prescription. This is insane.

Do not go here! We went here as we figured it would be a safe drive through option during covid. It’s not. If u want to sit in trash covering their alley while the pharmacy ignores u for 30 minutes to eventually have someone who wasn’t doing anything go ‘oh!’ Then it’s perfect. Then after waiting to pickup the completed order I had to insist they re-run the insurance because they wanted to charge me 4x as much for my prescription. They don’t know what they are doing. Avoid!

Automated menu is totally useless. I called to find out if I can get non-prescription, vitamins at the drive through window. This auto response is not no help. Considering the present circumstance, they could have at least the decency to give correct answer.

Yesterday I transferred both my prescriptions to Walgreens from rite aid because my insurance company essentially forced me to by charging 10x the amount to pick up at any other Pharmacy.1. I went to the pharmacy and asked if they could get 2 prescriptions transferred over I got them all the info they needed the name of the meds, the pharmacy etc was told yes by a pharmacist and to come back at 5 and it would be ready.2. I did not hear from the Pharmacy at all that day and went back at 6 only to be told they couldn’t get in touch with rite aid and would try again. Then 15 minutes later they told me “they Couldn’t reach the pharmacist” I picked up my own Phone and called and within 10 minutes spoke with a pharmacist at rite aid who told me Walgreens needed to call for the transfer. They called had it transferred, and told me I’d have to wait another day for my prescriptions.3. The following day around 1 I go back to the pharmacy and am only able to pick up one prescription. They tell me my other prescription won’t be ready till the following day once again. 2 days now without my medication. I leave, 6:30 that night I get a text that my script is ready for pick up.4. Today I wait in a 30 min drive through line, get to the front and they tell me once again it is not ready, despite the text I received. Another day without my meds. I’m still without my medication. This is something I need to take daily.I realize there is a lot going on and they are swamped, but this is absurd, especially when your putting someone’s health in jeopardy by not filling the RX in a timely manner. And on top of it saying it’s ready and it not being ready.
