Phenomenal customer service. I buy cars and I lease them. I take my leased cars to the dealer because I buy maintenance packages, but the cars I own / have owned - hands down - I take them here. I have been bringing my vehicles here for years and I just realized that I may not have taken the time to do a review after all the years that have passed. I can feel when a company is trying to price gauge me and it makes me angry. This place never price gauges me. Such wholesome, down to earth people working there. Trust is important. The level of trust they have established with me is worth more than what money can buy. In return I get peace of mind and that is everything to me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years now. The owners and Stephanie are awesome! Friendly, honest and respectful. They don’t try to upsell you, but tell you what’s going on with your vehicle and give you options. Great for the big jobs as well as regular maintenance.

Owning used cars, I've been to many a mechanic. These guys are one of the only honest and affordable places in town! So happy to have found a trustworthy home base for all my car's needs:)

Used them for pre-purchase auto inspection. Very nice, reasonably priced, and they did a good thorough inspection of the car I was trying to buy. Would definitely recommend!

Vip Auto is my got to and has been for 10 years. They won me over when pep boys and fire stone kept making up problems to get money.. someone told me about them I spent 40 bucks instead of 1400 for the miss quotes. And I have brought several people to them since. This will be forever a gem to tell people tired of getting scammed. The owners are the best. Best customer service and work. They really know what they are talking about. You walk out with a car that works and a education.

VIP Auto is THE BEST. I've been coming here for more than 10 years. I don't come often (I don't have to!), but any time I ever have an issue I always make the trip out, no matter where in the city I'm living - they're always worth it. Consistently excellent customer service, knowledgeable, well connected if parts are need to get them quickly (and affordably), and they've NEVER tried to upsell or over sell anything. A couple of times I've needed significant work on my car (e.g., needed my AC system replaced - cooling tank, fan, etc), and Louis worked to get me the best deal on parts and absolutely could've have tried to persuade me into additional services and never did. He also put in a lot of effort to get parts in in a timely matter, which was SO appreciated.I can't say enough good things. I've driven from the west side because they're just that good; it's always worth it.

This place is horrible !!!! DONT TRUST!!!! we are not going to visit again!! Our car was a new car we just needed an oil change service but the person took the car in the garage and shuted the door I doubted lil bit but wasn’t able to see what’s going inside, they changed the oil, before coming to this place I checked our car the four tires, in the way back home my car was showed something is wrong with tires I took it to another mechanic right away they checked in front of me they found out and showed me right there one of the back tires were torn and another tire had a big hole with a big nail sticking inside!! I had to change my tires this is really insane!! Be aware of the wrongdoers!

So I remember when I bought my Honda in 2009 I was not treated well by a man working at that dealership. However just my lucky day I got a mailer from a newer business. I've been a client of VIP ever since and do not plan on looking for auto service elsewhere. They are all awesome and fair. They don't try to gouge you. Their rates are reasonable and they actually treat you like family. Luis, Erroll, and Emilio are great at what they do and I have to emphasize they are fair, reasonable, and always helpful.

I had a wonderful experience! they are definitely doing their name VIP justice, because I got my car fixed right away - even without an appointment ! They were very friendly and straight to the point and communicated amazingly and most importantly didn't try to squeeze me for extra money. They helped me safe money. They had the best and fairest prices in town of many places i called. They got the job done fast and good for less than half the price i was quoted at another place !! I would definitely recommend for you come here if your car needs fixing.
