I was shocked when I saw how they brush the top of vehicle( Chevrolet Suburban) after I paid 40$ for hand wash. Manager said that’s the only way to wash the roof. Absolutely not acceptable

I wish I could give this place no stars.Don’t come here unless you want to smell the workers cigarettes while you wait and have the smell stuck in your car.Never again. Wasted money here just to go somewhere else to get the smell taken care of. The owner doesn’t care and he blames other owners of the cars.

Worst service, don't even bother coming here. I showed up at 8am hoping to get a car wash done before I start work. It's now 8:30am and I'm still waiting to be approached by someone to at least ask me what car wash I want. I cannot leave anymore since I am blocked by other cars. Such a joke I would give 0 stars if I could.
