Terrible service. Left my car full of soap and didn't want to rinse nor give refund, just "store credit". I had to go to another car wash to get the soap of this one cleaned off. Terrible customer service. Don't come to this car wash

Went at 6:30(they close at seven) and the attendant had a cone up through the drive-through and asked me if I could just pay him cash and go through. I told him I didn't have cash and he started yelling at me and was really rude when I was trying to leave. I don't know if he was just trying to scam the owners or just about attitude, but I will not be going back.

Came here 20 minutes before closing to find the place locked up and no person in sight. Don’t waste time getting there as the times they have posted are not accurate at all

Good wash for the price but the attendant was incredibly rude. I wish I had gone to Laurel Canyon car was because they are always friendly. Don't go here if you expect kindness.

This place is horrible. The old man screams at you and you can’t even understand him and the car wash did not wash the whole car. The back of my car is untouch still dust there. Don’t waste your money here.

This was my first time going to Victory Express Carwash. They opened 30 minutes late, just attaching the vacuum hoses at 8:30 am. The card reader was finicky. The white guy seemed to want me to pay cash. Hmm... ? But they were okay. I paid $10 for the better car wash. My car still had dirt at the bottom of my car. Bugs were still on the front. Otherwise the wash was acceptable. The vacuum suction was substandard. Overall, the equipment seems old and worn. The air dryer left water on my windshield.
I doubt I'll be back.

Used to be better, now they troll the vacuum and won’t let you stay more then 5 minutes. Miss the old friendly service

Really bad experience haven’t been to this car wash in almost a year because last time I went I got yelled at by the attendant that I took a long time vacuuming but was only there for 5 min and he said nothing to people that were there longer than me so I decided to give it a try one more time and I got there and again the guy yelled at me that I’m always coming all the time and messing up his car wash by leaving my breaks on when I past through even though I haven’t been there in over a year and to never bring my car again This place is horrible now don’t come it was a decent location before but not anymore attendants are super lazy and will not be coming back to this car wash ever again go to valley village instead way better and worth it

Have been going to this self car wash since it opened. Did not mind the slight increase in price. Yesterday I went around 230, not busy. The operator was a young man, obviously lazy- as he wasn’t busy. No Communication with me did not spray the back of the vehicle, like all of the previous attendants have done, knowing that the automated wash quite often does not get to that area. The vacuum equipment at the first stall was broken. I will try one more time hoping that things improve. Otherwise I will have to find another self wash business ??

I like coming to this car wash because it’s the closest one to where I live. The times I’ve try to come at opening time is never open. Their business hour says they open at 8:00 but end up opening way too late.

This place used to be okay for the 6 dollars and now no one stands before entering and before the used to guide and spray water before you go in. The dust was left all over my car , left it grime and dirty. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE go to laurel canyon and Oxnard better. Im done with this place
