This is the worst clinic I have ever dealt with. I waited 3 months for my appointment, and just one hour before the scheduled time, they called me to say the doctor couldn’t see me! Now I have to wait more than two months for the next appointment. This is simply unacceptable! Such treatment of patients is outright disrespectful. Instead of solving the problem, they just delay everything, and patients’ health and needs are clearly their lowest priority. I absolutely do not recommend this clinic!

Update: This place still sucks. They have dropped the ball at every opportunity. I haven't cried this much since the passing of my father. They don't realize they are messing with people's health and lives.
This place sucks. The amount of inadequate ppl out number the ppl that do a good job. Tell me why my dr. Didn't understand the very common medicine i was taking. I felt like they left the room to go google it real quick. Also the appt system and phone ppl dont listen and sound like they hate their job. The amount of times ive been trasnfered to an answering machine because they dont want to help is insane. But, thats what you get, i think looking at the place you can tell what kind of service you are going to get.

Called to get an update on testing that was done months ago and never heard back on the results. Was told by a very rude phone operator that I needed to call the IT department to get my results uploaded to my portal which didn’t seem right. Called the IT department multiple times until I got someone who was actually really sweet and told me they could only help if I had issues logging in which I didn’t. This isn’t the first or the last issue I had with this place. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. If you want to play phone tag and waste HOURSS of your day trying to get answers to your questions this is the place to go. Wish I could give them zero stars. Do better please. You have tons of 1 stars reviews and instead of fixing your issues which is clear you haven’t since the reviews keep coming in, you go on here and reply to post like y’all don’t have any fault in these. Do better. You shouldn’t be in the business of helping people. It’s clear this is more about the money than helping people in need. Do everyone a favor and do something that doesn’t involve wasting people time with doctors that barely know what they are talking about and workers who said like they are being forced to be there.

Everyone is friendly and helpful here. I took my brother to his appointment in the pediatric office, everyone was friendly. The room was cozy and had a tv with cute little desk. It could use more things for kids to play with while they wait to be seen.

Can't write a Zero star, but I would. My teenage daughter had her physical with a doctor who was a man. This should not have happened. I'm not coming to my appointment in 2 weeks if I can't help it.

I waited 2 months for a phone appointment so that I can get long awaited referrals. When it was finally time for my appointment, they never called me. I had to call them and ask to speak to a supervisor.
After 3 days of waiting for the supervisor to call back, I called again and they are telling me I'll have to wait another 3 months for a new appointment. Even though they are they ones who dropped the ball and never called me for my appointment.
I'm switching immediately to another doctors office, please don't waste your time with these people.

I am so over this office and will be switching providers as soon as I can. I was seen in the er on June 2nd . over a month ago now I had an appointment to finally see some one on July 5th and they just called and canceled my appointment and set it for 2 more weeks away. I have been to the er 2 more times durning this wait to see my dr and they don’t care. I was lucky enough to get my OB to get me a referral I really needed from my dr because with out it I would be waiting even longer to get the help I truly need. I don’t recommend coming here I don’t recommend waisting your time if possible try every option before trying here.

Called to schedule an appointment for the BC implant and was initially scheduled on a day where the only doctor that could perform the procedure, was not there. And then tried to reschedule me a month later when they said they couldn’t see me for a no late policy (appointment was at 2 and I was there at 2:03 due to an accident on the freeway). Could’ve avoided this had they scheduled me correctly the first time.

This is hands down the WORST experience I have ever had at a medical clinical. The office staff are incompetent and rude, and the doctors laugh at you when you ask questions. If you need a referral, you'll have to wait two weeks for it to arrive in the mail. These referrals are usually to other doctors who have equally bad or worse (not sure how it's possible) ratings than VCH.
If you value your health and time, this is not the clinic for you or your family... or even your pet.

I ask for an appointment on march and they want to give me one until October so I guess you will have to tell your body to let you know six months before it try to get sick

I am glad I’m going to be changing providers. I had an emergency so I needed to reschedule my appointment. This would have been my first time being seen there. They wanted to schedule my appointment til mid August, August! Wow that’s a long time especially for a new patient. No, I’m not saying because I’m a new patient. I should have priority, but you just wanna make you feel welcomed. This is your health and you want to be in a place where you feel comfortable but started like that, no thank you. If I could I would give them No stars ⭐️.

Terrible ghetto rude place and people expect you to arrive almost a hour before your appointment to fill out a few basic forms. Thank goodness they turned me away because I’ll be definitely changing providers I do not recommend this place one bit
