The owners are very rude and have unbelievable anger issues. Instead of speaking with respect and kindness they resort immediately to yelling and intimidation without even being provoked. I also saw them yelling at and intimidating young people for being on the public sidewalk. The service was terrible and the environment was completely unprofessional. Save your money and go somewhere else. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible place.

Bought a car for my grandson. Gene and his son were not only professional throughout the process, they treated us like good friends would. Love the price and quality of their vehicles. These guys are genuinely interested in their business and customers.

My car started to break down and after a lot of money, I decided that it was time to finally get a new car. I came across a 2007 toyota yaris at this place and it was the car that I got and am still loving. It is a small dealership in the town of Burbank run by a father, son, and the detailer. I called before hand to make sure someone was there, which you must because of the limited staff. (Though if you just call in advance the son (Jordan) will meet you). Jordan was an AMAZING person. He made me feel no pressure at all. He came out with the car fax report and made sure I felt really good. I got there and was able to just look at everything I needed to at the car. Then I did a test drive that went really well. The next day I came up with my mom and we decided to buy it. It was reserved and the next day we were able to pick it up. Jordan was extremely accommodating of my work schedule and my needs on how I needed to buy this car. After over two weeks the car is still working perfectly and I love it a lot! Oh, and one thing that I forgot to mention is how clean the detailer made the car. The car was extremely clean on the inside and outside. The father (Gene) was also very kind, accommodating, and helpful. We only talked to him on the phone, but he was still an absulute pleasure! If you want a no pressure zone with amazing people to find amazing cars then this is the place for you! I am very glad that I went to them instead of anywhere else! Thank you for an amazing experience!

Had a great experience with Gene and his son. Both very kind and provided a thorough appraisal as well as offered good referrals to mechanics. I'm glad I found Valley Classic Motors, highly recommended!
