WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Did a service I did not request. I NEVER said I wasn’t going to pay but was upset he did not call and ask if I wanted the service. While I was on the phone he PUT a DENT in my car. Will never go here again and telling everyone I know not to!!

After an unfortunate accident on the weekend I needed somewhere to take my car to avoid towing costs. Vache met the tow truck driver at his shop and handled the entire insurance process. They really treated me like a priority customer from the beginning!

Vatche is an artist. He knows his trade like a master craftsman. I would recommend that anyone with a minor fender bender to a big dent bring their car or truck to him and forget everyone else. He has a pleasant, professional demeanor and will take care of your vehicle like it's a Romanov egg. Service at its best!

I have had some bad luck driving recently and was involved in 3 traffic collisions with 2 different cars in about a 6 month period. I went to several other shops before coming here. Vinny and Danny are the best. I have rarely seen such knowledgable guys and I'm in my 50s. They were incredibly professional and polite and felt right at home every time I went there. They really took pride in fixing my vehicles each time I was there and are very fast. Their work is extraordinary. Don't waste your time going to those big flashy places where you're just a number. I promise you won't be disappointed.

By far one of the best body shops I have been too. Got into a car accident 3 weeks ago and was stressing out. My friend recommended this place and I called and they gladly towed my car. Within a few days my car was done. I picked it up today and it looked brand new. They deep washed the inside I was super impressed. Highly recommend this place. Vinny is awesome!!!!!!! He's so professional!!!!!

Hi, I just can't say enough good things about VS Auto Body in N Hollywood. These guys are the best not only did they do a perfect job on my vehicle they were incredibly fast, super courteous and polite. Every time I went there I was offered something to drink and even eat when I arrived there around lunch time. I was involved in an accident and even after waiting for the appraisers approval my car was still ready within 2 weeks right before the 4th of July weekend. Vinnie and Daniel you guys are the best. Thanks again Paul.
