Absolutely disgusted and livid that my tax payment got sent back because someone here is so incompetent that they don't understand how an envelope works. It also CLEARLY said on the back of the envelope that the visible address in the window was mandatory for the irs to accept my payment. So now I'm out hundreds of dollars because of YOUR mistake and I will be suing ☺️ I hope whoever came into work clearly on dr*gs and incapable of using common sense gets fired and has a miserable life. Learn how to read, learn how to do the literal bare minimum job you were hired to do or go work at a McDonald's. On top of the fact that your delivery people left my mailbox open and unlocked for over a month while continuing to put mail in and still leaving it unlocked and wide open. And they don't bother picking up outgoing mail. Hope this place shuts down.

Sometimes there's a line. Sometimes you have to go somewhere for reasons you don't want to. Such is life. Always remind yourself, we're all in this together. Be patient. Be kind. Smiles given often get smiles returned. The energy you put forth bounces back at you. When life gives us lines, life gives us a quiet moment with our thoughts and time to observe peace and silence. Focus inward, smile outward.

My favorite post office ? in north hollywood area. The stuff members are very nice ? and it's big and it has the lobby open with self service machines and drop off stations.

I don't understand the low rating, I've been here twice in the past month and my experience has been really nice. Jose has taken care of my packages both times and he was so helpful and polite; I didn't know how to send a package and he was really patient explaining what I had to do. The office is clean, there's plenty of parking (street & paid lot right next to the building) and staff is friendly.
