Nice place, courteous and friendly staff. Only draw back I have is that it caters to dogs and cats only (why only 3 stars). I would suggest taking lankershim or turning on Camarillo street as entrance is somewhat hard to get to due to Vineland.
They have "do it yourself" washing stations for dogs and cats. And a small run around area with seats for dogs and cats.

Beyond awesome people who love our pets .Tonight I had found a little dog sitting in the middle of a busy street lost no tags nothing . I called this store for help and they jumped in instantly to help me take care of him. They are kind compassionate helpful .it is clear that every single person in there loves dogs .

They are pretty well stocked with all my pets needs and wants. The store is clean and customer service is great.

So convenient. SO many products inside, you’d never guess how big it is from the outside. And the staff is very friendly!

Excellent customer service even though a couple of the items I ordered were not available in my pick up order. I ended up shopping in store as well and the Petco representative was very helpful. The parking lot is sometimes busy at this location but I always find a spot.

Just adopted a kitten and went here right after. Maty assisted me and I've gone back since. She couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The other staff I've interacted with have all been great as well.

Always friendly service here. The gentleman (Didn't catch his name) was very helpful in fitting a shirt on my dog. Only problem was they were out of the dog food I needed but he suggested I try Petco and they did have it at Petco for my baby??

Really disappointed in the selection of clothes for dogs. All options were tacky, with cheesy sayings on them or just cheap looking. They also didn't have many options for larger dogs, just tiny ones.

They never have my dog food in stock. The employees are very nice. Grooming department is great.
