Best service ever! Went to the tire place next door for a nail in my tire, but they were closed. I popped in UC Auto body to ask if they knew when the tire guy would be back, and Harry at UC Auto body patched my tire for me free of charge! So kind and such great service, was back on the road in 5 minutes! Thank you Harry for saving the day!! Will definitely be coming back there for any body work my car needs!

I never write reviews but I had to make an account for UC Auto Body. I highly recommend this shop! It is the best auto body shop around with owners that are honest good people and truly care about your needs. It was my first time getting into a car accident and my car had been towed to a random auto body shop that was not responsive to me asking for an estimate and going to charge me a storage fee if I did not get it fixed with them. They had repeatedly delayed telling me the price and when they did, it was very expensive. After calling multiple body shops and feeling like I was being cheated, John was kind and honest with me from the very beginning. He gave me an estimate within an hour, agreed to fix my car even though I did not have insurance, and was very accommodating to my needs. He came into the shop during the weekend so that I could take my car out of the other auto body shop immediately. John and his business partner Cihan were transparent with me, gave me a reasonable price range, and promised me that the final price would not exceed the upper range. John kept me updated regularly about issues and progress with the car. They fixed my car in 2 weeks and worked with me for the most convenient arrangements to pick up the car. There was a small missing piece that I needed before my car was complete and John came to my home to snap the piece in so I did not have to make the drive there. The car had a problem with the breaks squeaking. I brought it into the shop and Cihan identified the problem and fixed it within 5 minutes. He offered prior to that to let me borrow another car to drive if the car is not fixed on the same day free of charge. Overall, I am so thankful to have found this auto body shop and will recommend it to everyone I know!

My car was in a hit and run. The back passenger door was smashed in at a parking lot with no note attached. UC Auto Body were quick, professional and helped with all our needs. They dealt with our insurance and made a bad situation run smoothly. The car looks great. We would definitely recommend!
