This company is one to run from, the first thing was moving day they came in and more than doubled the amount we were to pay, saying we have Very large furniture, whatever that means the inventory list I gave them was very accurate and was, what I used to check of as things were delivered I watched them drop my glass and marble table of the back of the truck, they broke the legs off a antique wing back chair along with the finial off my bedroom set and my grandmother hutch, they tore the door of my gas BBQ we paid $1500 BBQ, they dented my new refrigerator door and my new washer and dryer, they broke in pieces an antique lamp table and tore the handle of an antique chest of drawers, we had boxes with broken dishes, we moved during covid and they refused to wear mask in or home, and us senior with asthma and COPD, I felt I had no option but to pay and wear mask as long as they were in our home, for all the damage I was offered $230 dollar for the damage and never offered a chance to buy more coverage to cover any possible damage, and in fact was told they had insurance for damage and had told them up front we have antique pieces that care was very important. I should or taken up the attorney offer to sue, That Arizona takes this serious, especially where seniors are involved, to anyone I have picture if you have any doubts. and any five star rating were probably working for there company.

They stole all of my jewelry, my husband’s suits, my jewelry organizer, and several sweaters and dresses. They told me to submit a claim which based on weight was basically no money. I lost priceless family heirlooms.

Using Trig Moving and Storage was a horrible experience. Not only was I dooped into taking less insurance coverage than I should have (the Foreman told me I would have to purchase additional insurance unless I went with the base insurance coverage - which is not true), but when I received my furniture, boxes were missing, furniture was completely damaged, they packed the moving truck so horribly that brand new high quality boxes were thrashed...it looked like a hurricane hit my personal items. In addition, they subcontracted the delivery, so of course the same company did not deliver my products, which turned into a finger point game of who damaged what. It was absolutely a horrible experience and do not wish it on anyone. DO NOT, i repeat DO NOT use them!!!UPDATE 5/2022 - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was told my products would stay on the truck due to the short timeframe in which we were moving. That was not the case. Several boxes of alcohol mysteriously disappeared (stupid me for labeling them that way). Almost all my boxes came damaged. Not a single one in the same condition as it left. I had over $5,000 in damage to my personal property as well as my house and they will not even come close to compensating me for it. I even settled to take just $800, and now they are giving me the cold shoulder and not responding. It has now been over 2 years and I have yet to receive payment. Unless you want your personal property to arrive damaged, missing, and not cared for, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! You will regret it.Service: Interstate moving

Not even worth 1 star! They screwed me so bad, definitely the worst ive ever been done! Told me a rate of 10-11k when arrived they said 16k. 2 weeks or more later when the truck arrived (contractor) unloaded my stuff. They either stole or lost 12-15k worth of my belongings and got nothing in return

I hired this moving company through a broker. The broker quoted me 4 thousand and when they arrived the charged me 7 thousand dollars. QUITE A JUMP IN PRICE. I was charged extra to crate my furniture. They did not crate it. It arrived broken. It takes months for the claim to go through. Anthem claim management is the company their insurance carrier hires to decline the claims. I PAID MONEY TO MOVE MY STUFF. PAID EXTRA TO CRATE IT. THEN I HAD TO PAY FOR IT TO BE DISPOSED OF IN THE TRASH WHEN IT ARRIVED. ITS A SCAM ALL THE WAY AROUND STARTING WITH THE BROKER. IM ASHAMED FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED.

Please do not use this company. I agree with all the other 1 star reviews. I do not want to relive the stressful situation again by writing all the details in this review but I do want to warn everyone. Please look up movers on Better Business Bureau and ask for referrals before making any kind of payments.

My experience using TRIG Moving and Storage was TERRIBLE & I would never use them again, nor should you unless you want to get screwed. Here are highlights: - RIPPED OFF. I was charged 50% more than the estimate I was given - DESTRUCTIVE. My boxes arrived DEMOLISHED - SLOW. I was made to wait until it was convenient for them to deliver my things - they did not communicate this to me - so I had to wait until 1 month for delivery. I'd been led to believe it would take 2 weeks. - UNSCRUPULOUS. They tried to charge me for a storage fee, but my broker told me I would have free storage for a month. - DISHONEST. They gave conflicting answers about when I could expect delivery. Details: Last year I used a trucking brokerage, National Express, who paired me with TRIG, to move my belongings. I had carefully measured every box and every item of furniture. The brokerage calculated the square footage to be 380 cubic feet. The day of the move, the foreman working for TRIG eyeballed my things, didn't MEASURE, & claimed that my belongings were an additional 512 cu, 892 cu total. And because they said I had 50% more stuff than I actually did, they DOUBLED THE PRICE! I wanted to dispute them and refuse to sign the paperwork that committed me to paying this wrongly calculated price, but they had me over a barrel. I HAD TO MOVE that day. And conveniently, National Express, the broker who had paired me with TRIG, was unreachable, even though they told me they'd be with me every step of the way through this process, I couldn't get hold of anyone there to negotiate with TRIG on my behalf. So I was forced to accept the crooked contract TRIG forced me to sign, saying I would pay the doubled price THEY recalculated in order to get my things moved. It's not like I could have said "no, I am going to go with another company..." I HAD to be out that day. But if I had had that ability, I would have chosen not to have TRIG ship my things. When my load finally arrived one month later at my new home in Philadelphia, it arrived in a 15 foot UHAUL truck. The truck was HALF FULL. A fifteen foot truck holds up to 764 cubic feet. Half of 762 equals 382. 380 cubic feet was my original measurement. Almost exactly the same as my original measurement. This PROVES THEY RIPPED ME OFF. I told them this at the time but they didn't do any measurement to make any correction, they just knocked $429 off the total, but they overcharged me by $2,500! And that's not all. The boxes were CRUSHED. I mean, absolutely demolished. The foreman who delivered these miserable looking boxes gave me this attitude: "What? What's the problem??" as if he didn't have eyes in his head to see how smashed all the boxes were, and as if he dared me to say that to him. My couch leg was broken (I was able to jimmy it back in place but it's not the same). And the boxes with "FRAGILE" written across them look like someone stomped on them. And the reason I didn't write this review sooner is because I was SO ENRAGED that it took me several months to calm down enough to write this up. If anyone asks, why didn't you go back to TRIG to dispute this? Well, as I stated above, I DID dispute their calculations and charges the day of the move, and their only offering was that I could find another mover to take my load. And they still charged me 50% more than I should have been charged. I had to pay that price in full if I wanted to ever see my belongings again. And I didn't file any claim with them for broken things because the only reason all of the things in my boxes didn't all break is because I double boxed and packed them scrupulously well. Some things did break, but that is to be expected in any move, so I let that go. And also, I didn't realize my couch leg was broken until much later. OH YEAH! And they tried to charge me for 3 flights of stairs when they picked up (you have to pay an extra $75 per flight)... BUT THERE WAS ONLY 1 FLIGHT!! I got the brokerage to force them not to charge me 3

Worst company EVER! They tell you one price when you reserve truck and then double it after your things are on the truck. And it took over 2 months for my delivery to happen. If you're smart, don't use them.

RUNNNNNN!!!! I would give them zero stars if I could. I first reached out to first rate van lines and they contracted it out to Trig. I am extremely unhappy with the services I received from Trig Moving Company. Not only werethe majority of the items transported damaged including; antiquefurniture, crystal dishes, equipment my husband uses for work. Ireceived a quote for $5,700, I was charged $12,000. I was notgiven the written quote before the truck was loaded, and I wastold unloading it was not an option. There were large wardrobe boxes that had very little in them, they charge you by they square foot. I wasn’t given an option forinsurance, they trashed my property with packing materials, andtheir customer service was full of false promises and noresolution. I asked to enter into mediation and they declined.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!! PLEASE LISTEN TO ME! Rent a uhaul and pay someone to transport your things! This company is a fraud and will break/damage your items and never respond to you! This is NOT a stand up company I've been relocated since January of 2021 and my case still isn't resolved and today November 10, 2021 I was told by management to screw myself. I wish that I were lying or being dramatic but it really happened. If you still choose them may you never experience what we have!

I moved months ago and have been trying to contact someone, ANYONE from the company to arrange delivery of my things in storage, and their phone number is perpetually off the hook and no one returns texts. So far, my experience has been horrific. My whole life of memories is in that storage facility, and I fear I may never see any of it again. If you are looking to start fresh with nothing, this is the moving service for you. What a horrible, dishonest company!
