“Driver today was nice even though he couldn't pick up my order today due to it being oversized (that error is with the company who is ordering the pickup of my returned order; I told said company several times that I thought these 2 pallets were too large). I appreciated our driver's upbeat attitude and how he was very understanding; I didn't catch his name but he was an A+ sport.I can't blame XPO too much for it since the company I'm dealing with is a total mess and made things way more convoluted, but I had a horrible experience with an XPO customer service representative on Feb 16th who was absolutely rude and snappy because I could not provide the BOL number when I was trying to get information about the pickup today. I didn't have the BOL because the company ordering the pickup neglected to give me any documents until the last hour, despite numerous requests. The XPO logistics lady was dismissive and unhelpful and kept making snarky comments. A simple, "Sorry, I can't help without the BOL number," would have sufficed. Interestingly when the order was going the other way around and being delivered to me, a man from XPO customer service was able to give information without the BOL and just use my address. I think the lady on Feb 16th just didn't want to work. F- for XPO customer service lady and thus one less star.”
“I went in with anxiety expecting the worst after reading these reviews. My Experience was Not anything like the other reviews. Johnathan was awesome and very patient getting my service request submitted and approved quickly. Daniel the Pep Boys tech was also amazing doing all he could to get me serviced and back on the road asap. Y'all need to remember that in customer service we have a job to do too and sometimes we have to match your energy in order to get the job done right. Come in humble and ready to work with them and not cause issues and I'm sure your experience will be the same.Be Blessed”
“Whenever I've gone to pick up a parking permit they've been fast and had it ready to go. They're also really helpful with answering any parking related questions you might have. On the second floor is the citation review office where you can go to contest any parking tickets you receive. However the hours of operation are limited and it's much easier to contest it on line.”
“Tom and I have worked for the same clients for years and I had been so impressed with how efficiently they move people. We had been in our home 30 years and had sold our home. He came over and assessed our needs with his mover. We were told that we were to stay in a hotel while he and his crew do their job. In just 4 days he was done. We never lifted a finger. Furniture in place, wi-fi working, remotes reprogrammed, cable hooked up, surround sound system operating, computers working and wirelessly backing up every hour. Clothes organized to perfection. All of our artwork was organized and pictures hung in a logical order. Wine cabinet organized. I am a serious cook and the kitchen storage was maximized to store my vast collection of ingredients, spices and cookware. It was some of the best money I ever spent. It is remarkable that a move this involved was truly effortless. I am far more organized now than I have ever been and I have Tom and his crew to thank for it.”
