“I cannot recommend this place enough. I was recommended the shop by a friend after moving to the area recently. I was told my front alignment was severely damaged, so I called the owner, Carlos on a Friday and was told to bring the car in the following Monday morning. The mechanic(s) fixed it within 2 hours - I just walked to the Starbucks next door in the meantime. When finished, Carlos walked over and let me know. It was the smoothest process and both customer service and price was unbeatable. I felt I could truly trust this shop and will recommend to all my friends in the area & take my car here again. “I was changing my oil when the Oil plug twisted off and broke. I got a new pan and gasket but unfortunately I broke the bolts off my old one. So I was in a dicey situation, on top of moving home in a week. I looked these guys up, they had great reviews. Called AAA and had my car towed to their business. They took a look and said it would be a straight 200 bucks and it'll only take a few hours. The hour I spent trying to take off my oil pan the mechanic did in literally five minutes. I left and came back three hours later, everything taking care of, new oil put in, and even my tires filled up to the correct air pressure. He also took me underneath and showed me what he did, and we talked about what I did wrong and what I can do next time to remedy my mistake. I couldn't thank everyone enough, in just three hours I was driving my car off the lot spending half of what I thought I was going to spend. I cannot recommend these guys enough, they're life savers! Plus I appreciate any mechanic who can take me underneath my own car and show me what they're going to do.”

“This is my 3rd time using OE Auto. Richard and Eric really helped me out.
Had a different issue with my car (Toyota hybrid) I’ve never had before this past weekend and Richard really helped me understand what was going on. Also, broke down the cost, labor and gave me a great deal.
I paid with cash and they gave me another discount.
I am a rider share driver part time so my car gets a lot of wear and tare. So, they got it up and running way quicker than I expected.

“My Dodge Charger ran over a cone and messed up the condenser. The A/C wasn't working and I brought it to One Stop. They put in an air conditioner that was so cool that it could be a meat locker if you want it to be. They are professional, fast service and take good care of my car. There was a problem I notice with the bumper when they put it together but quickly fixed it without hesitation. I highly recommend this place. Great prices and they know what they're doing. It's hard to find honest people that fix cars and I take all my cars to them.”
“Okay, let's forget ridiculous gas prices for a second ...
I gave 5 stars for the attendant named Mark. He not only TALKED to me, he was FRIENDLY. And more than friendly, he has PERSONALITY. This is very rare in gas stations today. Most attendants simply go through the motions and get through the transaction. People like Mark can actually change the world. We never know what people are going through day to day. Bad moods are contagious, but so are good moods. We need more Marks. Thanks for being positive and genuine, Mark. Really.”
“I came in maybe half an hour before they were closed. I wanted an oil change and tire rotation. Another gentleman needed an oil change. Why do I mention the time and another gentleman? Alright, look. I walked down to Carl's Jr, got some lunch, finished lunch, and got a call that my car was ready. They did 2 oil changes, rotated my tires, and checked my air and cabin filters in less than half an hour. Half. An hour. I didn't get the $25 oil change (i figured i wouldn't qualify with synthetic oil). Oil change and tire rotation cost me $95 total, which is still less than my dealership. I also got friendlier and faster service... and my dash is no longer holiday themed. Despite trying to close, the mechanic still was happy to take the time to offer some additional trivia about my v-tech. Love learning more about my v-tech. I will be coming back for maintenance.”
“This review is for Gustavo who works out of this garage. I had the unfortunate experience of having my car overheat one evening when most garages are closed. To my surprise I found Galvez Auto Clinic inside Garcia's. I must have a guardian angel because this place was so close to where I broke down and open way later than most repair shops. Even though Gustavo was very busy (a sign he must be good!) he fixed my issue with the coolant system and I couldn't be happier. My car no longer overheats and he was very good at explaining everything he did. His prices are very reasonable for LA (and trust me, I have used other repair shops nearby). I have since asked him to do 3 other repairs and I have to say, he's going to be my new mechanic. He's so communicative, does quality work and explains everything so well. He even took the time to send me a video of exactly what needed to be done and what work he put in. I appreciate the transparency, especially as a woman. I always fear that someone will take advantage of me thinking I know nothing about cars. These guys are very honest and work fast. There's also a warranty/guarantee on the repairs they do there. He even picked me up at my apt so I wouldn't have to walk to the shop after dark to pick up my car. Thank you for the quality work and for going the extra mile. You definitely have a new customer for as long as I live in the area. My car hasn't sounded this quiet in a very long time.”
