When I was recommended RR I was a bit skeptical. I didn’t know what to expect. I’ve heard of so many botched body shop repairs stories.
I was greeted by Hayk and he immediately took matters into his own hands and eased my concerns. He deserves 5 diamonds not gold stars. He dealt with my insurance and expedited the repairs to my truck. When I picked it up I was truly amazed. My jaw dropped at the flawless work they had performed. I can with a clear conscience and with out a doubt recommend RR for any of your body work needs. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Hayk!!

You have found the best body shop I have ever dealt with in LA. Someone hit my car a few weeks before moving interstate. I was pressed for time with the insurance claim/state of my car being that it was planned to be shipped by a certain date. Hayk at the North Hollywood location was so professional, fast, accommodating and helpful with my car and organizing a loaner. My car ended up being totaled so I didn't need repair but the whole experience with Regal Repair and my insurance was so smooth and easy thank's to Hayk. Definitely go and see them for your body shop needs! :) Thanks Hayk.

My second time coming to Regal Repair for help - my first being at their Burbank location. Both times I was met with the nicest customer service and a desire to help make sure I was good to go. These guys care about their work and the people that come to them. So beyond grateful. My only “negative” is that they wouldn’t let me pay them for taking a look at my car and making sure everything was good haha ? Thank you!!!

I highly recommend Regal Repair - five stars. I needed rear bumper work after stupidly backing into a fire hydrant. Regal Repair did a very high quality job and delivered on time at the agreed price. They also listened when I asked for the most cost-conscious approach - I very much appreciated their understanding.

Went to their Noho location after they told me to come in so they could take a look at the scratch on my window (I sent a picture for a quote on their website, the scratch was pretty deep after someone threw a hard object at my car while driving). Good thing was they replied within 15 minutes. Took the car in that same morning - they tried to polish it off/use sandpaper - didn’t work. They said I had to replace the whole window for $600. Put the down payment in that same day ($300) and was told to come back in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I come in only for them to tell me they ordered the WRONG window and that I have to come back in 4 months for them to get the new order. Got my refund back, decided to just get my car fixed by Tesla themselves. Cost from tesla for the window repair was $250 and they did it the following day after I sent in a request.
Left with more scratches on my window than I came in with from their use of sandpaper. Didn't get the job done. Cool group of people and I’m sure they’ll do a great job if you know them or if you already have some type of rapport with them but as a new customer I will not be coming back.

Getting into a car accident is not just a stress about getting your vehicle fixed, but the stress of finding a body shop that understands you, your depression, and the anxiety of not having a car. Hayk checked ALL those boxes and more. He even delt with the car insurance and made SURE I was getting taken care off. He wanted for me with a car, to insurance I had transportation to get to and from work. Always responded to my texts, and my car looks JUST like when it got driven off the lot. I 100% recommend Regal Repair. Hayk is like family now!!

Hayk is the best. I’ve been coming to Regal since they only had their first location in Burbank and I’ve been going to them for everything car-related. They always do an amazing job and it’s so cool that they’ve opened two more locations after Noho!

This is the second time I’ve taken a car here and the only shop I’ve taken a car for accident repairs. They respond extremely fast and have their own rental cars which makes the process even easier! My car looks great!

I brought in my SUV after being hit on the 405 Freeway. They were extremely helpful, accommodating and beyond fair. Even generous. They have their own rental cars so it was a breeze. They dealt with the insurance, kept me informed on their progress, and did an excellent repair job. They even serviced my car at the same time. I couldn't have been happier.
