“An excellent little spot for getting what you need nicotinewise. Also has a selection of typical smoke shop nonsense. Just don't go looking for some curated experience, this is old school, ask for exactly what you want, pay, get out of the way of the neighborhood folks.”

“This might be one of the bougiest liquor stores I’ve ever seen.
If you have expensive taste in booze,
You will probably find what you want here.
They seem to focus on wine and spirits, hence their name , but I found some great craft beer options too.
They also appear to host tasting events, where folks can come up and sit around a bar to enjoy some liquid delights. I haven’t attended one, but I did see people hanging out there when I came by to pick up some brews.”
“This is the best shop. Everybody is chill. Never bad vibes. They got a lot of real product. I get the loose leaf’s and they are guaranteed cheapest price. Like I said they are the real loose leaf’s. A lot of people have the knock off versions. You won’t be disappointed comin here. Even if they don’t have what you looking for, they got somethin for you.”
“I will drive far out of my way just to come to this smoke shop, it is one of, if not the very best one I have been to anywhere in the valley, and that is based on the kindness of the (owner?) Vincent, and their prices are extremely fair & reasonable. Vincent is a truly down to earth guy who will make you feel very welcome and right at home. He is a big jokester and loves to have a good time, and you can tell he genuinely cares about you as a person and not just a customer. I will always come back to this smoke shop. “I had a great experience at Hollywood Water Store! They offer a good selection of water, snacks, fruits, and soft drinks. What really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. The owner went above and beyond by kindly helping me carry my water bottles to my car. Such a thoughtful and friendly gesture truly made my visit special. I highly recommend this store for its quality products and amazing service. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

Bel Air Cigarette & Vape Smoke Shop is hands down the best smoke shop in the area — and trust me, there are at least five nearby. The prices here are absolutely unbeatable, and the quality of everything in the store is on another level.
Mike is the reason this shop stands out. He took his time helping me, walking me through products I didn’t even know about, and made sure I understood exactly what I was buying. He never rushed me, never made me feel pressured — instead, he made me feel welcome, seen, and taken care of. I honestly haven’t had a better experience in a smoke shop before.
