I've been a frequent customer at this UPS Store due to its longer hours, but the consistent poor customer service has left me thoroughly disappointed. They nickel and dime customers for basic services such as forwarding the pre-paid label to their email address from my phone ($3.00) or applying a small piece of tape (they make you buy tape or charge for it) once in a blue moon. All of them also lack basic customer service skills and are extremely rude. This nickel-and-diming approach is frustrating and has made my experience the absolute worst. I would advise others to steer clear of this UPS Store. Disappointing service is not worth the convenience of extra 30 minutes. Go to The UPS Stores on Ventura Blvd. in Sherman Oaks (by Woodman or Sepulveda) where the associates are friendly, professional and are willing to help. Avoid this one at all costs! UPS should audit this location and terminate the agreement with this location.UPS stands for Ultimate Poor Service at this location.Additional note to the business owner:Please stop copying and pasting the same reply to all. Your location doesn't even meet the most basic standards.

The best UPS Store I've been doing the last six months. They have this new system you come in you check in all your pre-labeled packages. You don't have to wait. The system is super fast unbelievably receptive, quick and to the point. Good job UPS you've done something good finally

Had a pickup and delivery again and was in and out again, quicker than two shakes of a lamb's tail.It's also attached to a nice plaza. I absolutely love this UPS store. It is my favorite location. Everybody is so friendly and kind and courteous to me. I do a UPS always. And I always ask for extra piece of tape just for a little piece of mine and now I’m even have to ask because they know that I want that and they automatically put it down. I recommend everybody to go there. It’s lovely ample parking and everybody is so wonderful.

This UPS location is always so efficient because of Myra! I know when I see her that she’s going to do everything so quickly AND with a smile on her face. She’s always multitasking — helping customers and answering the endless phone calls! She’s the best :)

Ali is the most helping and understanding person I’ve ever seen in ups, besides him the whole staff are just awesome ppl. They work fast and making sure every time they give the maximum of their service !

Mayra and ali always seem to offer exceptional service busy or not they always greet me with a smile as I walk in they ask if I need help with anything and are always willing to give a helping hand Mayra even showed me how to use the new kiosk system they have available making shipping a breeze if I'm ever in a jam I can assure everything I need will get done....... great people great service easy parking would definitely recommend ?
