I went to two more locations for fingerprinting and spent more than one hour in each UPS store. Nobody really cared about me but Alireza here was super helpful and patient and he stayed with me until I successfully did it. Thank you Alireza and all the blessings.

I drove all the way to the next city over to mail an Amazon return UPS. I chose this store because it was open later then some of the others. I waited in line only to be told whether I use their personal computer or print it out myself I would have to pay a $3 charge. It was not convenient to come all this way after work. The ones in Van Nuys never charge any fee. I'm tired of paying fees everywhere I go for things that should be free. I'll just go back to my Van Nuys store early in the morning before work tomorrow.

Make sure you pack your returns to Amazon, it’s a $1.00 charge for a 12 inches of packing tape which is ridiculous.

They’re charging me $91 when the ups 10min away charged me $53
I forgot my ID at home so I had to drive back and tried shipping out of this store than they’re almost charging double.
