Bought my African Gray there about 10 years ago..biggest gray they ever had. Very clean and caring place. Staff so knowledgeable ..highly recommend this place!

I just love my bird. So sweet and loving. And playful. Just couldn't be better. She is spoiled because she lets me feed her water. And she loves to sit on my shoulder. Just the most loving bird I ever had

Bought a parrot was sick within a few months and vet explained had fungal infection and congenital artery issues. Spent thousands of dollars to save the bird who was a part of the family landed up costing over $20,000 Owner is a disaster. No accountability. No support. Lies. all birds intermixed in same cages. No proper quarantine area. Never again. Will never buy here again. wouldn't take bird of free from here. We've bought many parrots. Never encountered this type of complete neglect. We need parrot stores to be licensed in California for this exact reason.

The shop is fantastic and they have a great variety of parrots and cockatiels. Kim was so nice and took the time to show me around and answer my questions. Sadly, I had a disturbing experience with a guy who worked there, his name was Tyler, because I accidentally entered into an area for private birds (that has no signage to not enter whatsoever), Tyler started yelling at me in a demeaning tone and language that was completely racist and abrasive! I was so hurt and called him out for it and requested an apology yet he confronted me and didn’t want to apologize back. It is so sad and unfortunate that racists still get away with hurting people.
