I ordered a custom police badge pendant from Bruce and Zeda during the 2021 Christmas season and all I can say is WOW. My fiance's father had passed away earlier that year, and I wanted to get a memorable gift that would last a lifetime and that would remind him of his father each day. Bruce and Zeda helped me create the badge exactly how I wanted it, and ensured to keep in contact with me while it was being made and through shipping. They worked so incredibly hard to get it to me by Christmas, and I can't thank them enough for that. The quality of the piece is outstanding, and nearly two years later, the badge looks like it just came out of the box. My fiance absolutely loves it as he gets to wear his dad's badge and number each day. Cannot recommend Bruce, Zeda, and The Jewelry Factory enough!

We met with Bruce and Zeda a couple times to discuss a custom ring for a stone we had for our 20th anniversary. They were so easy and fun to work with and had great ideas. I was speechless when I saw the final product and LOVE my new ring! I will definitely return for future projects. I've had the ring a couple months and love it so much!!

I'm a repeat customer and cannot say enough good things about working with Bruce and Zeda. They're pleasant, accessible, and genuine in their patience, attention to detail, and commitment to "get it right."All three of my purchases were custom pieces, and Bruce worked with me to get them perfect each time. In the third instance, we were replacing a damaged center stone on my wife's engagement ring (a somewhat emotional task) and not only did Bruce go way out of his way to help make us whole again, but he helped "talk me off the ledge" so to speak, so I could make good decisions about how to proceed.Cannot recommend the Jewelry Factory enough.

Bruce and Zeda were both so very pleasant and professional. The cleaned my wife's anniversary ring and replaced a diamond and it looks like brand new. Highly, highly recommend the Jewelry Factory.

I would say you can only go to this place by appointment only it's a small little place in North Hollywood. However, if you have anything to do with jewelry, watches, jewelry, anything if you want something specially made if you have something you want appraised if you want something fixed this is the place this is an outstanding business owned by a man and a well owned by a husband and wife And it is fantastic. Security is good you're not gonna get ripped off this guy is the real deal he knows what he's doing both of them know what they're doing and anything you have to do with jewelry watches repair of. Somethings sensitive take it here call them up and take it here. It's the best place in town really better than Beverly Hills honest business I highly recommend it five star business for sure.

I found Bruce and Zeda through a recommendation from a colleague. I was just 2 weeks away from getting married and didn't have wedding bands yet, YIKES! This dynamic duo came to the rescue! They were able to see my husband and I right away and got the rings done and even engraved in just a week!! They have super reasonable prices and were fantastic to work with. Our rings came out even better than I imagined and I was so thrilled they even had the time to get the rings engraved. They also polished my engagement ring so it would be nice and shiny for the wedding. They gave us a bottle of that jewelry cleaner too and I was able to spiff up a necklace I planned to wear for the wedding. I highly recommend Jewelry Factory to anyone looking for any type of jewelry service. Bruce, Zeda, thank you so much for everything! We hope to see you two soon!

They turned my engagement ring into magic when my diamond fell out after 39 years of marriage, and they hit the refresh button. Same Diamond, Different Day! I found this place on Google and decided to make an appointment for yesterday as I was looking to get an appraisal for my wedding ring. Z was so sweet and kind when I was speaking to her over the phone and when I met them both the day of my appointment they were both so welcoming, funny and extremely knowledgeable. I found out they've been in the industry for over 40 years and they really know what they are doing. Along with my appraisal, Bruce also cleaned and took very nice photos of the ring. He also gave me pointers to increase my chances of getting the best price for resale, which was above and beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend this business for any of your jewelry needs.

I LOVE Bruce & Zeda at Jewelry Factory. I've known them for years and they are my go-to jewelers. They are so knowledgeable and easy to talk to, and we traded in some rings and bracelets we had which brought our final cost of our wedding rings way down. My wife Marilou who knows a lot more about jewelry than I do was really impressed with the way they took some diamonds she had on another ring and developed a beautiful wedding ring. I highly recommend Bruce & Zeda and The Jewelry Factory. Bruce also is a very good bass player.

Ordered a custom badge pendant for my wife... ZEDA was soooo helpful in everything from picking out the right size pendant to some ideas to enhance the gift. But then I dropped the CAVEAT... "It has to be in my hand no later than 10/5/2021 we are leaving for our anniversary trip on 10/6/2021"... ZEDA looked at the calendar and it was TIGHT TIGHT schedule... I received the pendant on 10/5/2021. ZEDA had overnighted it to me - AT NO COST TO ME - so I can have it on time. Wonderful experience working with the JEWELRY FACTORY!!!! they have a customer for life!!!

It was a great experience from start to finish. They are very knowledgeable and take pride in their work. I took my wife's wedding room to get fixed. When I went to pick it up , it looked brand new again!
