Often times they don't have specifically what I'm looking for, but that has never stopped me from walking out with an armful of other books I didn't know I wanted! If you need a copy of The Kindness of Women by J.G. Ballard they more than likely can hook you up, in spades.
Did I mention this bookstore has cats? 6 thumbs up.

I love coming to the free book boxes located in the parking lot! It’s a great spot to find material for collages and art. Found a few college textbooks and books I would’ve had to buy for a class.

For many years, Illiad Bookshop has remained an oasis for book lovers in Los Angeles. The staff is both professional and friendly, with Iliad being a required stop for me.
Though now living overseas, I always make sure there's room in my suitcases for the wonderful used book treasures Iliad always has.

Awesome little find. So many books in such a smaller place compared to chain bookstores. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And if you enjoy cats then you will definitely love this place.

If you love used books shops, this is one of those that you don't want to miss!
Great selection for every taste possible, combined with the right vibe! And there are cats for those who love them!
Used books shops are our regular stops in every city/town we visit, so we've been to quite a few, this one is one of the best.
