My fiancé and I have been living at the Guild for 6 months now and we can both say that as our first place together, the Guild and its staff have been great. Within the past 6 months, we have come upon two problems in our apartment in which Bahar and the Guild team were so quick to respond and resolve the issue.
Also, Fina who is the buildings cleaning staff is such a delight to have around. If you see her around she is always so happy and singing. She always makes sure to greet you with a smile and is easy to talk with. Fina, is part of the reason why the apartment is always looking nice and smelling great.

I have been living at the Guild with my bf since 2019 & we have been pretty comfortable even with the construction & remodeling throughout the years. Bahar has always gone the extra mile. Finna our cleaning lady is the BEST, always so happy, polite, and even cleans my door mat, I don't own a dog but bc I'm located near the pool entrance my mat is covered in doggy hair and she always makes sure to leave it like new, We truly appreciate the gestures. Kindness goes a long way. The people make it a happy place to live. ?

I've lived in the complex for over half a year and everything is really good, the staff of the building is very nice and helps with what is needed,
Bahar and Fina who are both always smiling and helping, with their help the place is much better!

I used to like this place, but now they have dirty stray cats everywhere and ruining people’s cars. The garage and hallways are full of spider webs and bugs that they never clean. The cleaning lady is good , but it has went severely downhill. The pool is nice, and that’s about it. Will change my review if they decide to make actual changes

Great facilities, kept neat and tidy by the very best and kindest, Fina (she's an angel and she makes my day when I see her). Been here for a year now, and no complaints. The property manager Bahar is kind, punctual, and communicative.

I've been living here for about half a year now and this has been a very good experience. Bahar was great during the leasing process and continues to be readily available and helpful. Fina does a fantastic job keeping the building clean, and is also super sweet. She's often the first person I see in the morning when I take my dog out and a smile/hello from her is a nice way to start the day. I haven't come across broken gym equipment or closed amenities yet. The building functions as it is supposed to, which is more than I can say for some other buildings that I've lived in. The neighborhood is very walkable but still quiet. All in all, highly recommend.

Visited a friend who lives here beautiful apartments and the guest parking is a huge plus. Highly recommend checking out this building

Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to this place - Bahar and Anthony are amazing! They really go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with everything. Any issue I’ve had they resolve immediately and are so sweet and accommodating. I cannot thank them enough for making me feel at home! Highly recommended!

Bahar! Words can’t describe how genuine of a person this guy is, he goes above and beyond and tries to help you anyway possible, he has real compassion for other people and put himself in your shoes! Dude you rock!
