Today is my wives birthday, I called them and asked them to please make something to impress her. Within couple of hrs I received two flower arrangements (see photo attached). I don't know how I can express my gratitude to this flower shop, all I can say "hands down, they did an awsome job."

My mom and brother ordered birthday flowers from here and I am blown away at the beauty of these creations. My mom left it up to them to decide on the colors and design and they have impeccable taste. Not only were the flowers beautiful but their customer service was amazing. From the moment you walked in, they were so friendly and helpful and they went above and beyond. They left such a great impression that any future events, I'm going here first.

My aunt recently passed after a long illness with cancer. For her ceremony, my unlce ordered a flower arrangement from this shop. Flowers are usually brought in time for viewing then burial. My uncles flowers never made it to our ceremony. When my mother and uncle inquired about this with the shop owner, she was rude and stated that they had made the flower arrangement and delivered it outside in the morning. She went as far as showing a picture of the arrangement they made as proof, which begs the question how often this happens to this place. If needed, we have our own pictures of all other arrangements next to one another from another flower shop, except this one. First, when you deliver an arrangement in the morning for a 2:30 pm ceremony, maybe have a procedure in place to let the cemetery staff know for which family its for….since the venue is used almost every hour for a different family each time. They flowers were most likely placed with another ceremony due to their carelessness and no SOP.Second, what type of customer service is this? Take responsibility and apologize for the mistake, and make an attempt to sound sympathetic. I am almost certain there will be some type of “sorry, still training” response for this review like all the other responses. It does not take any type of training to provide customer service and be nice when you are part of ownership. Money was paid for a service and that service was not provided. They made sure to let us know its not their problem and no refund will be provided. There are 100s of flower shops nearby. Spend your money elsewhere.

The best place for getting the best flowers for the best price and time. If you are in a rush, don't waste your time on checking other places. Suzy's Flowers has the freshest and cutest flowers.

Called and spoke with owner 2 weeks before, confirmed she will be working on the day of my event which was Memorial Day. Then advises me two days before that she is not going to be open because her employees don't want to work on a Holiday and she is going out of town and needs to pack for her kids?? This was my first and last time here. Work was not even what I asked for tried to sell an entirely different style than the photos I shared which she confirmed she can do.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!! We have been getting such beautiful and breathtaking flowers and bouquets from these wonderful people for over two years and we're always amazed by the quality and beauty of their work! Anyone who receives a bouquet from Suzy's Garden will be in awe! These days it's pretty hard to impress someone but anytime we gift someone flowers from here, they always talk for days and days about how much they loved their bouquet! I almost don't want to share about this place because I want them to be our own little secret, but they deserve the absolute best and so much more!! Thank you very much for your beautiful work and dedication to high quality!
