I was referred to Superior Tile by my contractor T and N remodeling.Araz was excellent helping us make decisions choosing tile/slabs etc and making our house beautiful.However after our initial visits it went downhill.The invoices I was given did not have stock numbers, Highly deceptive fraudulent business practices.The delivery charge of $1629 was outrageous.Numerous energy charges of $79 came to a total of $553. I was told they were pallet charges and we had a total of two pallets.Credit card fees were charged even though we paid by check ( illegal )The toilets that were delivered were discontinued models and were cheaper on the Manufacturer website.I ordered two regular and one King size toilet. Three regular size discontinued toilets arrived with a hand sensor ( Not what I ordered )Returning anything was impossible and dealing with Rachael was a nightmare.Tony the owner refused to return your calls.I was never refunded illegal credit card fees/energy fees or credits for the discontinued toilets I was sent. Nothing has been rectified.WHAT A CROOKED COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE

Can't stand the hard sell. I know you work on commission that abundantly clear. Pushy sales people pushed me right out of looking. It's sad looked like a decent selection. But I don't need you dogging my heels around the store wreaking of coffee and cigarettes.

They close at 5pm everyday - allegedly - not 6pm as they have advertised everywhere. I arrived today, Wednesday, at 5:15pm and the employee said he couldn't help me because the store is closed at 5pm. When I told them the store signage, yelp, Apple Maps, and google all say they're open until 6pm, he told me it's not his problem. Bizarre.

We went to Superior Tile at the insistence of our project manager who assured us that he gets a discount here that would save us money. He most likely gets a kickback, because we didn't notice any substantial discount compared to other tile stores we've patronized. For such a large showroom, their selection isn't impressive. The salesman was a bit condescending, scoffing at design ideas I expressed (traditional designs taken from photos in various reputable sources). Sales 101: Condescension does not create sales & promote business. If you disagree with the customer, employ tactful methods to support your case.The salesman was communicative & efficient; however, there are much better tile stores with much better customer service that deserve your business.

I want to shout out LUCA. He helped me and he was so awesome. His vibe is perfect. Friendly and helpful but not overbearing. He gives you space to do your thing but is always sure to be within reach for when you need him. He listens more than he speaks so he was able to guide me immediately. I really enjoyed my interaction here and that's saying a whole lot given the typical customer service experience these days. Shout out to Superior Tile on hiring him.

I am so grateful that I heard about Superior Tile,They were amazing from the first day I walked in to pick up my order the door all the way through when the guy (Victor) helped me load the material. He was extremely helpful, my husband was really pleased with his customer services. Again Thank you for everything!!! Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

This place lives up to its name. Go there and ask for Joey. He was SO helpful, truly above and beyond, making the stressful process of home renovation a bit easier. His service was far more attentive and detailed than any other tile/flooring place I visited (I went to at least five). He spent hours with me over multiple days, explaining different kinds of material and looks. This will be the first place I go back to if I do another project!

The selection here is BEYOND anything you'll find in the area. They aren't the biggest showroom, but they somehow pack the most punch! I always end up working with Jordan, he has a great eye for tones and styles - and is quick to help and get things taken care of. They have a good selection of in stock items, including multiple finishes of schluter and grout. Taking one star off just because the parking is absolutely HORRENDOUS. If you can't find a spot in the small lot connected to the showroom, you'll have a hard time finding one on the street.

I’m a new contractor to the area (moved from OC). Came in to the store in hopes of building a relationship with this store, I was wrong. Came in, approached one of the sales reps, asked him about samples and etc..started washing me about how I should work with *MY*, how I should bring my customer to the store so he can “close them”, and throw a few more negative comments on how I should run my business, funny his a rep and not a contractor with that confidence. First time a thing like this happens to me in 12 years of being a licensed contractor. This message is for the store Management, train your guys to answer questions, not give comments. I won’t recommend this store to my customers, won’t recommend it to any of my friends, and if anyone will ask me, the only story I will have to share, is the bad experience I had. Reps will make or break the success of the store, as the product looks good. this time he fumbled hard.
