She clearly didn’t know how to blow dry. My hair was frizzy. I don’t have that issue when I do it at home. She didn’t use a concentrator on the hairdryer. 3/4 the way through I asked her if it’s going to be frizzy and she said a little bit. I asked her to stop and I will go home and just straighten it at home. She only charges me for the shampoo thankfully
